Farmers Insurance has been great to work with for my car repairs. Justin, one of the insurance representatives, helped me and my husband recently and we appreciated his prompt responses and clear communication with steps of filing a claim for our car. The process was smooth and everything was taken care of! Love the small town accommodation when we needed it.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. This agent could not even explain the vague charges they made. He photographed a leak that caused damage to my property and never explained that I had coverage for this damage. In over 30 years I never had a claim and the rates just went up and up. I finally asked about the coverage/rates and he re-calculated and found that I was being overcharges by over $200/year. He quoted me the new rate and told me not to pay the bill, a new bill would be sent with the new amount. The only thing I received was a past due and cancellation notice with no change in the amount. I insured with another company at considerable less and called this agent to cancel. He waited 11 days to notify Farmers that I had canceled and I then got another bill for $99 with a $20 "late fee". The only bill I ever received was a week ago. When calling to question the bill with $26 "Unpaid Fees" (no explanation) I found out about the fictitious "late fee", which they took off, and that I had been paying $6.00 a month "service fee" all these years even though I paid the policy in full when the bill arrived.
