“We brought our two remaining cats here for a full checkup to make sure they weren't at risk for what happened to their brother. The vet was straight forward about what tests we should do and didn't try to upsell us. He also made sure our new girl had all the vaccines she needed and they chipped her. They also put in the extra care to move us to a different room than where they were going to place us originally because ✨trauma✨ No questions asked, no judgement.

Our girl was very anxious and scared, but the staff handled her with so much care. While they were drawing blood and doing other tests, the vet even came back into the room just to hang out and talk with us. We asked a couple dozen questions about integrating the cats (we had gotten our girl a few weeks earlier) and how to help our remaining boy adjust to losing his brother. The vet was patient, kind, and made sure we fully understood his answers.

We ended up bringing our girl back again before leaving town to get her nails trimmed. She's formerly a feral cat and we were nervous about trimming her nails. The vet tech was great- she took time to explain different ways to hold her or distract her so I could trim her nails at home. She also taught me how to adjust if she wasn't tolerating it well. Super helpful, I feel confident about trimming her nails on my own now.
