They don't care if you have a life threatening condition and need your meds a day early. They don't care if the doctor calls in and confirms that you can pick up your meds a day earlier. They just care that it has been 31 days since you last filled your 30 day supply of your meds. They are cruel and incompetant.

The pharmacy manager is SO RUDE! If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I was told that I could fill a prescription of mine on a certain date multiple times on multiple different days, by multiple different people, only to walk into the pharmacy on a Saturday and have the pharmacy manager tell me she will not fill it until she can speak with my doctor on Monday. Which does not do me any good now that I am out of the medication. She was extremely condescending, and basically called me a liar. I HIGHLY discourage people from going to this location.

I have never posted a Google review but this business is so bad that I felt I needed to do so. Over the past few days. My wife and I both receive texts from this pharmacy suggesting we have refills. I went there today and found that there was not a refill for my wife. I was told I do have a refill and she retrieved it, but I do not have refillable prescriptions. I tried to clear it up. The very unbelievably rude woman at the counter, basically called me a liar by telling me the only way this would happen is if I did it. Then she rolled her eyes at me. I had to turn around and walk away. We have been going there for years and they are always unbelievably unpleasant and rude

an employee was extremely rude to my mother, it was absolutely insane.she had an appointment to get immunizations and when she got there we were told there was no record of it. she had confirmation within the app and by email but it wasn't in the system. (at least, according to the person who seemed to really struggle with the technology she was working with)my mother got three vaccinations last year, and this woman couldn't find them in the system, either. we were there for half an hour and this woman conducted herself in such an incredibly rude, inappropriate and unprofessional manner while trying to find my mother an appointment that she decided to just go elsewhere; not because it took 30 minutes to get nowhere, she would have waited another 30, but because this woman was so incredibly rude and inappropriate that my mother didn't want to stick around and endure anymore abuse.as my mother walked away, I asked the woman what her name was and she tried not to answer me, saying things like "why?" and "You don't need that information if you're going elsewhere" until she remembered she had a name tag when she saw me trying to read it. she then decided to tell me that her name was Connie.I will never go to this pharmacy as long as I stay in Boise and my mother will not be returning as long as Connie works there. that woman has problems and she's taking it out on the public.

There have been multiple instances where I've been told to wait 20 minutes, and upon returning I'm told a medication isn't in stock... Every person behind that desk should expect to double check that something is in stock before telling a customer it'll be ready in 20 minutes.

I am going through Chemo and my medication changes often. Today I need an antibiotic, I called to see if was ready(you always have to call first) and I was told it had to be ordered and wouldn't be ready until late tomorrow afternoon. UNEXPECTABLE! Anyone know a a good pharmacy close to Eagle?

I had to switch to Albertsons after the pharmacy I went to was closing down. I went to pick up my Rx and was told I had to pay $360 for an Rx I've always had a zero copay on. I asked the gal to run my insurance again, she rolled her eyes and said she already did. I waited a few days and went back. Again asked them to run my insurance and again I got the same response. I just verified with my insurance that they never ran my insurance and that I should have a zero copay. I just went ahead and transferred my Rx to a different pharmacy. Staff needs to be retrained on customer service and insurance billing .

Very poor customer service. They weren’t very helpful at explaining how they receive prescriptions and process them making you confused about what time it will be ready. If you’re the only customer there, and they are going to close in 15-10 minutes, they will tell you to come back tomorrow instead of filling your prescription. They show no sympathy, but rather apathy toward customers and have a really “I don’t care about your problems” attitude. I will never go here again.

Poor service, what happened to your pharmacist caring about his patients? They are rude and don't act as though they even like their jobs. God forbid you run out of a med a day before it's due, they won't help at all. Pharmacies used to care. So sad

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. The employees are SO SLOW. I switched to this pharmacy, leaving my Walmart Nampa pharmacy behind after I moved to Eagle. I live 3 minutes away from this albertsons pharmacy, and it would be FASTER for me to drive 40 minutes out to Nampa to pick up my perscriptions at Walmart than it would be to wait in the line here at Savons pharmacy. It doesn't matter what time of day you come here, the Eagle Savon Pharmacy will ALWAYS TAKE FOREVER. I am at this pharmacy about four to five times a month picking up meds for my husband or myself, and i have never been in line for less than 25 minutes. Typical wait time is an hour in line, even if you've called ahead. I see customers leaving the pharmacy upset every time I'm there to get my meds, theres always conflict with the customers. And the employees all look like they hate their job, they never smile. Im so glad to be leaving Savon behind.**Update: just checking in a few weeos later here to let you all know thisbplace still sucks.

I would rate this Rx a -10 if I could... went to pick up a script tonight and they have no record of receiving. This is the last time that I will go to this pharmacy and I believe they need a pharmacy manager change and maybe a complete staff change. The male pharmacy manager has always gone out of the way to be helpful.... Dave

I received a text saying my prescription was done. I got there the next day and they said it would be 15 more minutes. 15 minutes later they said they didn't have enough and it would be ready to. I went in and they sai it would be 10 minutes to fill. I waited 15 minutes and they said they couldn't find the drug. I'm changing Pharmacys.
