I traded in my phone. I purchase all new accessories and since I have never had a phone with the magnet deal I asked about it. I really didn’t think I needed magnet accessories. But the manager told me how every case has the magnet thing and if there’s no magnet it’s not a good case blah blah blah. HE sold me one that he told me had a magnet. I remember specifically asking about it because it didn’t show the magnet print. He even sold me a magnetic charger. Why would he sell me that if he didn’t sell me a magnet case. I purchased a regular pop socket because I had no idea about the mag ones and didn’t think how the charger wouldn’t work. He should have said something then. Because I got home to realize I need a mag pop socket to be able to use the mag charger. So my charger was useless. I then purchase a mag pop socket so I can use this charger. Well the case he sold me wasn’t magnetic after all. So I ruined my old pop socket taking it off. And my charger was useless again. I’ve spent so much money now on products I can’t use. All at the advice of this manager. I called to see if I can get a refund or exchange and they told me since I was out of the 14 day window (by one day mind you) I would not be able to. The “system wouldn't allow it”.
We have multiple business lines and multiple personal lines. Now I’m closing some of those lines because even though it’s just a case it speaks the ethical practice of the business and I’d rather not support them as much as we do.

Very happy with my experience at this location. Christian is the associate that assisted me yesterday and I can't say enough how much I appreciate his help. I run my husband's business, basically, through my phone and I broke it the night before. I came in shortly after opening and was on my way back home in less than an hour. Christian was extremely informative and gave me great instructions on how to do my transfer from home. In the past, it's taken hours to get a new phone and I was expecting that, but pleasantly surprised that I was done and out the door with my new phone and a watch being shipped to me. This is a great location if you have a business and don't have time to get stuck in a phone store.
