Brian E. and the receptionist were very friendly & professional in addressing my repair needs. My repair looks great! I will definitely use them for any future body shop needs.

Service Rep always seemed annoyed when asked questions. No interest in listening to customer regarding area of repair needed and outstanding concerns. Upon pick up car was filthy and When asked if they could clean the area they fixed so we good see what was done the service rep was so rude and said “I’m doing this to avoid the argument.” Pretty sure he hates his job. When we got home (and cleaned the remaining area) we took a closer look and they didn’t even paint all of the damaged areas!Front desk rep was friendly and communication (text messages) while they had our vehicle was great. Convenience of picking up & dropping off rental (enterprise) at collision center was very helpful.The portion they did fix looks good, paint matches well.Customer service isn’t always about the quality of work but rather how you feel about the experience.Based on experience, we wouldn’t go back.

Unfortunately, we have had to use Caliber Collision for multiple repairs. Fortunately, they have always done a great job and have been easy to work with. I am very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.Services: Painting

Friendly, accomodating, and diligent in keeping me updated on its progress. Most importantly, at least to me is leaving my car in as great or better condition. My car is still very new so it was imperative that no corners were cut so that I could get my car back in its fully restored and new condition. Highly recommended to friends/family for any auto repairs!

Representative was great but having mechanical issues with the window and the auto start. Was all working prior. Door not closing easily so we they are contacting my insurance company to resolve. Been 5 days. Hope to hear back soon.

The rear bumper of my Subaru Forester had been scraped and dented. Caliber Collision in Eagle, ID, did the repair. The car was ready in 3 days, and the damage was repaired perfectly. They checked all of the safety systems also. I highly recommend them!Services: Painting
