Customedica is the best pharmacy I've ever fully trusted with my medications, advice, accuracy, and, overall, with Service.
The crew is very knowledgeable, fast-moving, and effective. The owner, Mr. Shah, is pleasure to deal with and to even just chat with. Oftentimes, when he sees a customer waiting, he would walk over to him and start serving him while his employees are busy with other customers.

Nonpariel customer service with outstanding dedicated knowledgeable employees. Absolutely no comparison to traditional drug stores and Walmart type pharmacies.

I want to give a shoutout to Michelle — I know pharmacy staff are often overwhelmed and do a lot of repetitive tasks, answer a lot of questions, deal with cranky patients who want their meds filled *yesterday* (lol)
But Michelle was very kind and made efforts to accommodate my needs. I could hear her being very pleasant toward other customers before I was up next. She is obviously an excellent part of their staff.
I do want to say that, overall, the staff and pharmacists here have been extremely accommodating to my needs. I’m a patient who can be picky of what manufacturer my meds come from — and I know that can be an extra hassle; many other pharmacies have given me grief over this. Not here. They do it and they do it with a wonderful attitude. That should not be overlooked.
Thank you Michelle, and thank you to the rest of the staff over here at Eagle Customedica. These things really do make a big difference in my life. I used to be stressed when I went to a pharmacy because of my specific requests, but not here.
Keep doing what you’re doing. It is noticed.

Love going to this place. It’s located in a small town of Eagle. Surroundings are amazing. Little shops and restaurants. Also with a pharmacy that has very friendly staff.

I have my account set up for mailing my compounded medication and every time (this is now the 3rd) I have to call in a week after to see where it is and am told it is just sitting on the shelf. Last time it was because it was put in the wrong pile. This time they told me that this is a new Rx and that I need to pick it up. Now I am just an inconvenience to have it delivered due to their mistake. Super frustrating.
