The Fruitland Branch DL Evans, has one of the rudest persons ever working there. Terrible customer service!! I was told because I was not doing millions of dollars worth of business I was just another transaction and that justified him not returning my calls or emails for days on end before my loan was suppose to close. I was told my transaction wasn't important enough and that he had a relationship with the million dollar customers and not with me. Wow!!! How rude can you get!!! I can’t say my dealings with DL Evans have been great. After hearing a friend rant and rave about them I feel like I missed something. In both occasions that we have had home loan dealings with them we were disappointed . In the 1st building loan occasion they took so long to look over the paperwork (because the one person was on vacation) that we almost lost the property. The 2nd time we were quoted a lower interest rate by our mortgage broker and DL Evans added on a whole 1% because our credit score was 5 points from excellent and wouldn’t honor it. They wouldn’t even work with us. For being a local bank we felt like just a number.

I've been banking with D.L. Evans in Twin Falls, ID for a few years now. I was out of town visiting Eagle, ID and the Eagle branch offered me customer service as if I was living next door. Thanks again!

Ive been banking with dl evans for a few years. I own a couple businesses and they by far have been the best bank to deal with. I recently moved to mccall so i am using the eagle branch now. Everyone there has been great to deal with.

I was in a hurry and accidentally left my card in DL Evans ATM machine. They absolutely wouldn’t help me and didn’t even try. Said I had to be a customer for them to help me. Really?? I own a business near them and actually thought about opening an account since it’s so close. Not anymore.. Glad I know now what kind of service they provide. Lesson learned haha!

I've been trying to get closed on a construction loan for a month now. We were approved and had all papers turned in Sept. 2nd. For the first week, nothing was done on our loan. After that, it's been nothing but delays and NO COMMUNICATION, we have to call every time. A few specific complaints: "I LOST your tax returns", the emailed appraisal that was left unopened for 3-4 business days, signatures that they just can't seem to get because someone is on vacation, our closing postponed several times. Here we are Sept. 30th and our closing was just pushed out over another week, Oct. 10th. Very unprofessional, no communication, slow and full of excuses and delays.
