Just walked out of that store and will never go back. I stood in line and the cashier was so friendly to everyone she checked out. Saying hi how are you doing? What are you doing today? Thank you. Have a good day. She had glasses and short hair and was middle aged.
It was my turn. She looked at me, didn’t say hi back, rang up my stuff told me how much it was. Gave me my receipt and didn’t say anything else. I said thank you and she said “uh huh”.
Wow. Cant think of a reason why she did that. I smiled and said hi to her and was friendly. Did I not purchase enough stuff? Do I have the wrong color skin?
Oh well

I always have a great experience at this store, they are always well stocked, organized, clean and the staff are super friendly and always willing to help.

I love the Dollar Tree! Their lashes are amazing right now and if I went to Walgreens and bought the same stuff I'd be paying $673 most likely. I learned a financial lesson about shopping at Walgreens.. anyways, when I shop there usually get $30 worth of items and the one time I wanted to return something that wasn't the right color for the description on the box I was treated very icily by the female at the cash register. She was weird and acted as if she was offended that i had used it and wanted my money back. I literally used it as soon as i got to my car, and it was the wrong color, and I brought it back 20 minutes later. And I even said if no refund it's fine, but she was bristling and was just visibly angry over $1.25 lipstick. Testing me like I was not a civil member of society. Lmao. I was spending hundreds a month there, and to be fair I haven't seen her since. Hopefully she got a grip and no longer shames customers who buy 100s of lipsticks a month in sales over a single item that cost $.10 wholesale. More importantly the Dollar Tree and any other store doesn't need that kind of weird behavior or your protection

Such a mishmash of things, but chances are if you're looking for essentials on the cheap, this place won't disappoint. Some stuff is a tad sketchy in quality and/or origin, but you shouldn't expect top tier brands going in here anyway.

Stopped by around 8:00 p.m., and the lady working was absolutely lovely. Wonderful customer service. Was very kind, had a great attitude, and very proud of what she does there and her store and the services they bring. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, she has a great personality.

Buyer BEWARE. I purchased $70 in frames for a potential project last week. Before I checked out, I asked the manager if the items didn't work could I return- to which she replied "Of course, yes...as long as you have your receipt". Unfortunately, they did not work out- and when I went to return I was told they only exchange items- no returns accepted. I was disappointed, but thought oh well... I will just get it back on gift card and use as needed. NOPE. You have to exchange items right then. The manager kept referencing the return policy on bottom of receipt... to which I responded that its not helpful AFTER you purchase items and are told verbally by a manager that returns are excepted! So, I had to fill my basket with a bunch of junk I did not need in exchange for the frames. VERY rude management and staff. Last week when I made original purchase I heard them LOUDLY bad mouthing the male coworkers there and was very put off by how awful they sounded. I wish I had taken my business elsewhere. I will not be back. The manager LIED to me when she said they accepted returns.

Manager Ashley had the worst attitude I've ever seen from someone in a management position. She refused to sell me an item because it was ringing up on sale. She got super loud and caused a scene because i said i still wanted to purchase the item. She got another manager in the speaker phone and they both pretty much blasted out conversation on a loud speaker so the whole store would now about it. Basically employees Ashley and Lisa were rude and bad Mouthing me in their janitor office cubical when i walked back in to show my receipt from the previous day. Also Ashley had a gigantic rock tongue ring that looks super trashy and unprofessional. Surprised this is allowed. Won't be returning to this circus!

My 8 and 10 year old ran in for 2 minutes to grab a ukulele and the older lady with just longer than shoulder length hair was standing by her trash pile here (super classy entry) and smoking a cigarette. Apparently thought I was lazy for being 9 months pregnant and staying in the car with my sleeping toddler. Kept giving me nasty looks and shaking her head. When I continued to stare her down she did a little dance and shook her head and stormed in. Lady I work customer service too. If anything was the spectacle it was your pile of trash smoking section

Friendly cashier and ladies busy stocking. We always find great deals. Today it was Oat milk and fun Valentines sunglasses. I forget great selection on greeting cards. No reason to go elsewhere.

A good place for a quick few items and a reasonable price. I like stocking up on plastic trays and plates to take to gatherings and not have to get them back.
