Was baited in with a $40 rate for the smallest, cheapest unit - after I paid, they told me I needed to have renters insurance and that if I don't already have it, I should get it through them (isn't that a risk I should have the freedom to take with my own personal items?) - I took their insurance which doubled my monthly payment to $80. Then randomly one month they billed me $117. When I called, they said it's because my introductory offer was over - no warning, no explanation of this up front. Super shady all around.

From the start this was a pleasure renting this unit. The facility is spotless and secure. The staff are super friendly and the prices are much better than what I found elsewhere. Great option for storage in the Treasure Valley.

Searching for a storage unit and parking space is challenging when last minute but for a second time I’m utilizing Storage Mart’s services! They are prompt, kind, and certainly more accommodating and affordable than most other places! Erika and Kaden made the process at the Eagle location super simple and easy, and both extremely kind and made sure to answer any questions I may have! Highly recommend them!

Erika and the nice lady over the phone provided exceptional service. Erika was very friendly when greeting me and took me out to even show me the storage spot to make sure that I had no issues angling my boat the storage spot. So far, I am absolutely thrilled with their customer service and it's a great facility. Extremely close to my home. Very Grateful! it is such a stark contrast to the horrible treatment I received by Republic storage on Chinden by their new management team, which 100% failed to communicate with the previous management team.

We worked with the staff at Storage Mart and were very pleased. Erica was very kind and considerate to my situation with all my kiddos and tried to accommodate us to the best of her ability. Her and her team member were quick to get me into the unit and assist in any way possible. We are very happy with our time at Storage mart and especially the staff!

Tons of hidden costs that only appear after you have agreed to rent from them. Charged me for an additional month's rent after I moved out on the 18th of the previous month. Find somewhere else

My family rented multiple units here during a challenging multi-month move out of state. Throughout our rental, Erica has been simply excellent, helping my husband navigate the rental process. She is very friendly, communicative, and understanding, and we truly appreciate her, and the rest of the staff.
