The customer service desk doesn't care about online orders, I waited for 15-20 minutes several times and they don't deal well with customers.

Ordered items online with a gift card. I get a call hours later saying they are not instock and I have to come to the store to receive a refund.... The customer service person named Kurtis was completely rude. I asked for a manger as he was unable to answer my question and was becoming increasingly belligerent on the phone. Kurtis decided to lie and start giving me more attitude when asking again to speak to a manager. Kurtis then proceeds to make inappropriate and rude comments proceeding to hang up on me. Now I have to drive over 40 minutes round trip due to Home Depot error to receive my money that they willing took. I will officially no longer be a Home Depot customer. This was a horrendous experiance. When I made it to the store a lady processed my refund. When I explained to her my experience and showed her the incomplete undetailed voicemail she then informed me of the name of the employee, Kurtis. I explained to her how rude he was and she rolled her eyes as if she already knew Kurtis is a huge problem at this location.

I meant to give this review about a month ago. A big shout-out to Jen and Susan up at the customer service desk . They provided exceptional service and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I love my new Christmas tree!

This is a typical HD. It is an average size store, but it has what I need. The staff are friendly, but not always helpful depending on your level of questions. If you know what you need, HD is the place to go.

They have a fine store here. Excellent service with Xmas Trees. Great store all around. I feel lucky to have this as my "close by" store.

Routinely shows inventory online, drive to store to pickup and it is not there, place order, get phone call inventory not there. To get a project done you have to drive to 3-5 home depots to get the parts you need. To Home Depot: update your inventory: write down your shrink. I am sure some manager doesn’t want to write down all the shrink they have, but customers like me are ordering from Amazon when we can instead of trying to find inventory that no longer exist in a home depot store

An older gentleman by the name of TIM was very sweet and helpful. He helped me locate what I needed. Also helped me load 25 bags of sand onto the pallet, and helped me with loading it all into the truck. Thank you my friend! High Five!

During the remodel of our home we visited the store for flooring, the employees in that department were extremely helpful and friendly! However the rest of our experience went downhill from here. We waited over 30 minutes for assistance on decking materials, only to be finally told that they were unloading freight and wouldn't be able to help us. Then at the register we were unable to use our coupon mailer because the cashier couldn't get it to scan , so we lost out on $70.00 in savings. To make matters even more stressful, we were told that the cabinets shown online and in stock were no longer available at this store. We drove across the valley to another home Depot only to find that they were also out of stock ( even after confirming through a phone call to the first store that they were in stock) we wasted hours of our day trying to get at best, decent service. We ended up going to Lowe's to finish our home remodel, and not only were the prices better, but the employees knew what they were doing and were friendly. This is the worst experience I have ever had at home Depot. My experience felt like the employees were just trying to punch a clock and get out of there, and had no idea if a problem arose how to deal with it. My best advice is that if you are going to shop here, be sure to go during daylight hours because the afternoon/evening shift leaves much to be desired
