On Sat. 1/13/24, I had made a phone call to your store in Eagle, ID, frantically explaining an anti-freeze problem. It was the start of a major winter storm and weather conditions were bad outside. I am a senior lady, 71 years old who tries to make sure my auto is running properly with all fluids ready especially for harsh winter conditions. They told me to come on over and they would help me. I had the pleasure of being assisted by your two store associates, Hunter and Milt. They went right to work to assist me and to assure me that my vehicle was safe. They treated me like family! There should be more people like them in the world! Their kindness and excellent customer service is very much appreciated! Thank you so much and may this new year bring blessings back to them and their families!

I have always gone to Jiffy Lube but it has become so expensive I will have to start finding a new place. I drive a car that requires full synthetic (bmw -aka Bring My Wallet) but to be charged $180 for a basic oil change is way too much. I would give 5 stars if they would just get real with their pricing. I had to search the web for a coupon to help offset the high cost.
