Went to this Eagle branch and the Blonde lady with her hair down to her shoulders decided to lock the door at 4:58 and refused to help us and older lady was very rude.... Don't suggest using this branch at all.....

This is not solely for this bank's location I am writing this review because I was on vacation in Montana where there are no key banks to withdraw money from so I had used ATMs while I was there. I checked my account today and realized that key bank had double charged me for my use of ATMs they had said that they charge my account also for every time that i had used an atm that is not key banks. In my head that says to me screw me on my vacation to go see I'm family. To be honest I don't see how that could be considered my fault when there are no keybank branches in montana. I am very much thinking of ending my services through key bank over this. Another reason why is because I was also told by customer service that everyone who uses an atm that is not key banks gets charged, yet my fiance banks through them also and has not received charges for using ATMs. I have never not even once had this issue when banking through us bank or wells Fargo bank. So really in the end they charge for withdrawing your own money from a atm and then they get to just take extra of our hard earned money because we used a different type of atm. Sounds pretty messed up to me.
