We are new to the area and were referred to Model Home Furnishings from one of the Realtors we had worked with- and after feeling frustrated by the sales people at another local furniture store we decided to check it out. Thanks to Jeff, we furnished most of the new home we are buying with quality furniture. I will come back and update this once it's been delivered, but I highly recommend this store based on its staff, quality and selection.

We went in to buy a couch and walked out with a couch, 2 barstools and a nightstand. The prices are great and the owner is amazing. We found a nightstand that was on clearance but had significant damage and they lowered the price again by half! They were so easy to work with and super nice.

I am new to the area and had just purchased a new construction home and wanted to replace most of my current furniture. I looked at the website which had mostly pictures without details or price. Being that we are new to the area and trying to get settled in, we didn't want to spend a lot running from store to store when we could view things from home and narrow down our selections. When I called the store I explained our situation to the Lady who answered the phone. (I didn't catch her name) She was gruff in her speaking and seemed like she had better things to do than help potential customers. I stayed cordial and continued answering my questions. She kept saying you have to come in the store (Not if it's a waste of time we don't). When I was hanging up the phone I heard her say in a loud voice "Oh my God!" Well congratulations! You just lost a Customer! We went to America the Dreamer and was treated with respect, courtesy, and unbelievable help. We talked with one of the Owners for at least an hour past Closing and it was mostly not about Furniture but the area and other social matters. This is the kind of people I expected to find and have found in Idaho except for the Lady at this store! When you feel you are better than your Customers, you will soon find out you don't have any!

We purchased a cream colored “pajama sectional” and two power recliners in January 2023, ordered and delivered when promised—great quality, comfortable, and everything we hoped. This is a great place to purchase furniture!

This was by far the best furniture buying experience I have ever had. Eric was delightful, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with. The selection was better than any of the other furniture stores I went into and the prices were significantly better too. I wish this had been my first stop to find my couch but it will always be my first spot any time I need anything else.

We’ve purchased multiple pieces over the last couple months in furnishing our new home. High quality, durable stuff. Staff is responsive, and when we hit a glitch on one occasion (manufacturing issue) Jeff and Eric worked tirelessly for us to make things right. Delivery guys are mindful of the home and cleanliness and really friendly. 5 stars all around. Thank you!

Best furniture store around! I love their style, the quality is amazing, and the customer service is great. I only wish the hours were longer during the week, but it's great that they're open on Sunday.
