We've been with them a year and it was a year where there was a lot of medical activity. Satisfied with the plan, it's high deductible but in this environment, it is what it is. Very happy with the service. They have been responsive and available to answer questions.

They deny ALL claims up front and you have to battle EACH and EVERY claim in hopes that they will honor your agreed upon insurance plan. You are better off having no insurance than going with Mountain Health Co-Op. They are the Worst. Even preventative care is denied at first
