“This was the only Walgreens in all of Boise that had my specific and uncommon antibiotic available. All other pharmacies would have it shipped and it was taking a long time so I got it here. The prescription was ready a few hours after they said it would be and it was basically impossible to get through to their staff on the phone. I waited on hold an hour. It disconnected after a half hour each time and there were many callers ahead of me. So I was not able to confirm availability or ask for acceleration on my prescription as it was urgent to pick it up.
Once it was ready, the process was smooth, but if you are looking to urgently pick something up, go to a less busy pharmacy as it's impossible to reach a human on the phone.”

“No pharmacy is perfect , but this pharmacy is always polite and puts a rush on medications when I need them fast. I will just shop around the grocery store and they text me when the Rx is ready. If they are overworked and understaffed they seem to hide that well. They have worked with with pricing when possible which is invaluable when dealing with my mother’s medications. She is retired. Technicians are pleasant when answering the phone and their app works well so that medications can be mailed to my home for free. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because I wasn’t able to load the app on my mom’s iPhone. There was an indication it wasn’t approved in this area—but it works on my phone. Idk.”

“Not sure why there are so many low reviews. The phone system worked great for me. They filled my prescription in literally ten minutes! Once I got there I was served in 5 mins. Super friendly, and extremely fast service. I plan to go there again. ?”
“I have never had a bad experience in 12 yrs going there.
I have had friendly and helpful service at the counter and on the phone. A few times my prescription had no refills and I was able to get my some of my medication until the refill was ordered.
The staff has always been accomodating when I have asked which pricing source was best for my prescription- insurance- good rx etc”
