“The staff is always very kind. It was busy today when I went BUT a staff member was coming out to the lobby where we were in line and getting our names and Bdays so he could grab the prescriptions for the clerks so it would go faster. It's a really great pharmacy!”

“UPDATE: I just spent 41 minutes on the phone with Technician Bonnie, sheisso kind and professional, she has gone above and beyond to take care of me. She explained everything she has done and what she is going to do moving forward to get me taken care of. I really appreciate the professionalism and compassion received from this pharmacy.

I used this pharmacy when i was on Hospice, they deliver medications directly to your door up until 9pm. There was one instance where Hospice had a medication marked as a nurse pick-up when it was supposed to be a delivery and they delivered the medication at 9:45pm so i would have what i needed. We had one hiccup,Julie one of the Pharmacists called and talked to me to throughly explain things, she was very kind and honest and listened to me about my concerns. The prices at this Pharmacy are 1/3 of what you pay at Costco. Moving forward i will be using this pharmacy. I thought it was for Hospice patients only. Thank you again Julie for taking time out of your day to explain your procedures and how medications are handled.”

“The presented picture was not of the clerk who helped me for this review. Overall, FedEx was outstanding on service and timely shipping to my chosen destination and allowed me to track my package without having to setup an account; unlike UPS. Also: FedEx is Nickle, Dime inexpensive over UPS.”

“This was the only Walgreens in all of Boise that had my specific and uncommon antibiotic available. All other pharmacies would have it shipped and it was taking a long time so I got it here. The prescription was ready a few hours after they said it would be and it was basically impossible to get through to their staff on the phone. I waited on hold an hour. It disconnected after a half hour each time and there were many callers ahead of me. So I was not able to confirm availability or ask for acceleration on my prescription as it was urgent to pick it up.

Once it was ready, the process was smooth, but if you are looking to urgently pick something up, go to a less busy pharmacy as it's impossible to reach a human on the phone.”

“I’ve been renting ever since I was 17 years old and I’ve dealt with a lot of unfair property management. Prestige property management has been absolute great! They care about their home by providing wonderful communication skills and understanding with the tenets when issues arise. These wonderful ladies have treated us with such human decency. Towards on moving out and as we cleaned up the house ( not %100 perfect ), they charged on what I believe to be a reasonable amount.”

“No pharmacy is perfect , but this pharmacy is always polite and puts a rush on medications when I need them fast. I will just shop around the grocery store and they text me when the Rx is ready. If they are overworked and understaffed they seem to hide that well. They have worked with with pricing when possible which is invaluable when dealing with my mother’s medications. She is retired. Technicians are pleasant when answering the phone and their app works well so that medications can be mailed to my home for free. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because I wasn’t able to load the app on my mom’s iPhone. There was an indication it wasn’t approved in this area—but it works on my phone. Idk.”

“I have never had a bad experience in 12 yrs going there.
I have had friendly and helpful service at the counter and on the phone. A few times my prescription had no refills and I was able to get my some of my medication until the refill was ordered.
The staff has always been accomodating when I have asked which pricing source was best for my prescription- insurance- good rx etc”
