Loved my girl that gave me one of the best pedicures. Did something a little more fun this time instead of a plain color and she did them until they were perfect! Super sweet people working there and beautiful environment. Very peaceful.

The place needs to work on their scheduling process. Yesterday we scheduled services for 3 people at 9 am. We arrives at 8:50 am. My brother and his wife were seated along with 2 other customers that were taken in front on me. At 9 am there were only 3 employees and 5 customers. 2 more employees showed up after 9 am. I finally was seated and the employed that seated our party figured out that she seated people out of order. That seems like a good thing to figure out when customers walk through the door. I opted out of all the services that I was planning due to the poor customer service. I won't be back.

I went there once, but never again !!! I liked my pedicure technician but my nails lifted in 4 days , and it was not a pleasant experience, as I had the angry little man doing my nails , that won’t stop talking and spewing angry words to everyone working there and customers too . BEWARE the “little mean manager man “!!! ewww , he is so nasty and will try to intimidate customers and gouge them for money ; to pay more then their posted prices reflect . I saw them yell at customers claiming they changed their prices saying “ look !!!! it says our prices in this pamphlet , read!” . They could have( and should have ) disclosed this ahead of the service . Listen , Even if money is no concern for you the Quality of service and professionalism is sooooo sub par , even for a nail salon. Sorry to say you this, as I rarely write bad reviews .
But , I got lucky and found a great nail spa in meridian and will enjoy a non abusive relaxing and professional service going fwd ! Hope whoever is reading this does too !

I have been wanting to try this place because it's much closer to my house than the place I usually go to and really like (Foxy Nails). I got a basic mani pedi and the quality is fine but the customer service here is non-existent. I felt like my business wasn't appreciated at all. Especially a bummer since a mani pedi is supposed to feel relaxing and pampering, it was neither.

Polish Perfect
I received a gift certificate and was excited to finally get my nails done. I visited them 3 times to use my certificate.
The 1st time I got acrylic nails that were thicker than I wanted them to be and not cleaned on the other side, but, in general, they were good looking. I paid $50, left $5 tip, and signed up for my next appointment in 3 weeks. The problems started in 10 days when I lost my first nail. In a couple of days I lost another one, and both thumb nails chipped. I called the salon, explained the situation, and asked for the appointment. I was told they were fully booked and couldn't fit me in.
When I showed up the second time, the salon was almost empty! How could they be fully booked if they had no people?
After my nails were done, I booked my next appointment in two weeks instead of three, and asked for a different, more experienced technician. Nope, everyone was fully booked again! I said OK, let's make an appointment with a different technician in a month. I was looking at the appoinment list which was almost empty, and they were telling me that all other technicians were either booked or do not take new clients! I was shocked. What kind of business is that? I also asked for dip powder nails instead of acrylic ones, the answer was no.
They charged me $45 for the refill, just $5 less than original acrylic nails. And I had to constantly keep my eyes on what they were doing and tell them that the nails were different length and different shape.
The nails I got when I visited them the 3d time, were plain terrible! Thick and ugly looking.
To sum it up, they have terrible customer service; constantly chatting and laughing while making nails (and if you don't understand Vietnamese, you have no idea what or who they are talking about); the prices are high, the level of professionalism is low. All people who accept payments and make appointments there are equally rude.
Why would I recommend them, or ever visit them again? I WON'T!

I am giving this a three star review because my husband and I had very different experiences at the same time. We always go together for a mani/pedi but this was the first time we went to Polish. He had a pedicure with Tina and absolutely loved it. 5 stars for Tina. He said she was amazing and one of the best pedicures he’s had. He really liked the salt scrub, hot towels and applied pressure. My manicure was less than wonderful a two star at best. In a nutshell shell, I received a French manicure with grey tips with a black line underneath. My nails were all filed to different lengths and shapes (had to ask him to file my thumb nail again prior to leaving because it was so jagged) my tips have barley any gel (you can see the light through them) and are already chipping after a week and a half. He did to a
Solid job on my cuticles but that’s about it. Perhaps if he would have spent less time talking to his co-worker next to him and focussed, they might have been ok? Every one of my black lines had a different thickness. Some differed on the same nail. It was rough. Wouldn’t go back even if it was free but my husband would for the pedicure.

I’m obsessed with this place. It’s so hard finding a nail salon that does a really good job & you actually feel like it’s worth the money- but this is it! Pretty much anyone I go to there does a fantastic job.

It took me 6 different nail salons before I found a place that was 5 stars. They are professional, on time, and do an excellent job. Andy has been doing my dip nails for over a year and I have never had a problem. Even went 7 weeks while out of town and they still looked great

I've been coming to Tracy at Polish perfect for two years. She is fast and very good at doing nails. However, in two years we have never had a conversation and I have never been thanked for a tip even when I handed her cash, or been shown even slight appreciation for my business. Yesterday I questioned the amount I was charged because I didn't understand what she said. I had done a new service so I didn't know the price in advance. She got so angry that she gave me a three minute lecture on what I was charged and how to press SKIP next time for her tip! I kept saying it's ok I understand but she wouldn't stop. Then she turned and walked away. So I paid almost 80 bucks to leave feeling like crap. If you don't need a smile, kindness or any sign of appreciation this might be a good place for you. Needless to say, I'm on the hunt for a new nail tech.
