Unfortunately this was the absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had. It’s very hard to believe that a professional stylist would allow me to walk out like this. It’s literally their job. My wife should not have to fix a $28 + tip haircut. Note the unfaded line around my entire head. We took these photos after she fixed some of it, it was actually worse. Didn’t even use the shaver on my neck hairs to clean up the neck. It was bad. 🤦♂️

After trying multiple barber shops around the Boise area and having bad experiences I decided to give sport clips a try and was extremely happy I did. Evelyn was my stylist and she did an amazing job and I definitely will not go anywhere else from now on. ♥️

I regularly take my 12 year old grandson for his haircut, at Sports Clips, and treat him to the MVP. It is easy to get on the online waiting list for your favorite stylist. His favorites are Mandy and Ashley as both are personable and do an excellent job. They style it just the way he likes it. Kudos to Sports Clips for their cleanliness and friendliness of the stylists!

Rating 2 stars because of their idiotic scheduling system. Can you just take an appointment like any other place on the planet? The app showed 55 minutes until I should arrive, one minute later it showed 25 minutes. 5 minutes later I was "on deck" (next up) with a 0 minute wait. I live 5
minutes away from the store. I arrived and the clock said 25 minutes to wait. Apparently my stylist didn't see anyone waiting in the store and went to run an errand. After an additional 30+ minutes of waiting I finally left, pissed off that you guys wasted my time. I should add that this is far from the first time something similar has happened.
Until you fix this STUPID system, you have lost a customer. Otherwise, I like the staff and haircuts, so you get 2 stars instead of 0.

What a great experience. I had been looking for a place to get my hair cut for a while after a bunch of bad experiences at other places. I was lucky enough to get Paige as my stylist and she gave me the best hair cut I've gotten in a long time. Highly recommend!

I am not impressed. And it's a shame because this location was convenient for me.Today, I checked in online at approximately 1:05, and I checked in when I arrived at 11:25. I confirmed the information and that I was checked in with one of the stylist. She confirmed the information on her computer and told me that I was next... at 1:25. At 1:35, 3 men walked in, checked in, and were served before me. At 1:55, a fourth customer was taken ahead of me.Now it's 2 p.m. and they took a 5th person; I had to leave because I had to get to work. This is the Second time I have had this experience at this location.I understand your check-in system, I understand that I had a place in a line... if they stylist had told me it was going to be an hour plus when I walked in, no problem. But she told me at ll:25 that I was next.So now I am pissed And disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting my haircut before work today.
