Where the food was good, the service was absolutely horrible. Waited for 45 minutes for food, only to be told there was a glitch and the order was never put in. Then got half our order while we watched the table next to us get order after order. Very disappointing.

Brought my two daughters in for a cut, and it was just ok. Very nice people, but so rushed. I had to pay extra for a wash and they didn’t even dry or style. I asked for layers and after leaving I see it was just a straight cut. For $57 before tip I could have just done the chop at home myself. If you need a haircut here, just know the service is minimal. Quick but not worth the money in my opinion.

It's nice to get a haircut where they take their time and don't cut at 75 miles an hour.

I came in for a walk in cut yesterday and they were polite and got me in fairly quickly. I showed a photo of the cut I was looking for as well as explained the small alterations I'd like to the stylist, but unfortunately my cut didn't come out looking anything like the photo. I don't know if it was just a communication issue, but a lot more was taken off lengthwise (about 2 or more inches) than I liked. The photo was of a long wispy bob but the cut I got was fairly short and more choppy. Ultimately, I was unhappy with it. I wish I would have said something then, but I didn't think much more could be done to alter it with how little I had left and was worried it might just get worse.
I plan on seeing if my sister can fix it and/or getting a wig until it grows out.

Amazing haircut and overall experience! Jada (sp?) did a perfect job on what's left of my hair, they got me right in and the price was right. Jada was fun to talk to, had an amazing hairstyle herself (done by another Supercuts employee) and clearly knows her stuff.

DM did a fabulous job on my 3 & 1/2 year old daughters hair. She did such a great job that I'm thinking to have my hair cut with her in the future. Everyone in the salon was so sweet and good with children. I was really impressed with how careful and detail oriented they were. Thank you! :-)
