Seavana did a great job on my coarse, thick, wavy hair and was super supportive of my gray grow out. My husband said it was the best haircut I have ever gotten, and I agree. Love her!

My hairdresser’s name is Wendy and it was the first time she had ever cut my hair. After washing it, she was combing it out and caught my piercing with her comb and said oh I’m sorry did I just catch your earring? I did not notice at the time that it had been pulled out, but it was hard enough that I felt it and she felt it. I did not reach up and see if it was there at the time but later on that night I did and it was gone. I called on Tuesday the first day they were open after Saturday and talked to Erin, who I was told was the owner and explained to her what had happened. She then told me they had not emptied the hair from Saturday out of the vacuum and she would go with it through it and call me back. I find it hard to believe you don’t empty the vacuums at the end of the day, but that’s neither here nor there. She called me back said she didn’t find it and I did not lose it there. That was my experience! I’m pretty certain it got pulled out at that time and that they probably emptied the vacuum on Saturday evening. It’s up to you if you wanna deal with dishonest people Who are not willing to do the right thing! I won’t be going back.
UPDATE drum roll! Shortly after I left this review, I was called back by a third person and long story short they found my earring that I didn’t lose at their salon! HMMM FUNNY HOW THINGS WORK OUT!

I’ve moved around the country quite a bit and so have seen my fair share of stylists over the years, and this was hands down one of my best experiences. Josie colored & cut my hair and it’s absolutely gorgeous. My hair is a very light brown and the grays have started to become much more prominent in recent years. A previous stylist was highlighting my hair to blend the grays, but it was very damaging over time. I transitioned to just color with root touch ups, but the color was always a bit too dark, flat, and harsh for my liking. Previous stylists would always tell me the darker hue was necessary to mask they grays. Well, Josie found the perfect multi-dimensional shade, and I walked out of the salon feeling so beautiful. It’s a nice soft, golden brown. I’ve already gotten so many compliments. And to top it off, Josie and all the ladies at the salon were incredibly laid back & friendly!

I am a loyal client of Todd Stewart Salon and been with Sevana for several years now. She is an expert on eye threading and an expert with my long thick dry/coarse hair. I remember my first visit to her not happy with my former salon and hairdresser who got my highlights completely wrong. Sevana was amazing, honest, and repaired the color. My husband is a straight shooter if he doesn't like my hair and after each visit with Sevana, he raves on how amazing she is and how blessed I am to have her. I've referred friends and family. I was a new client, called and made an appointment. I arrived and they didn't have my appointment on calendar and my stylist had left for the day and lived a long way away. Jamaica called the manger and I was handed the phone and told that the computer system is at fault, there are 2 clients with my name and my appointment was cancelled the day before, not by me. The computer system is bad and they are working on it. If the phone number is different for two clients, then as a company, you call the clients to confirm/deny the compute error that you know you are battling, right? Jamaica was able to cut my hair on the spot, though she wasn't the stylist I had booked with. She was very pleasant and gave me a good cut, thank you. I felt I should have been given a discount for the error of the salons 'computer' system, I was not, disappointed in their overall level of customer service; don't blame the computer when live persons are present.
