“The whole process was really quick and simple. The guy who rented to us was really nice and professional and answered all of our questions. We were able to rent the truck we needed last minute no problem and it was a very reasonable price.
You do have to use a credit card for incidentals until you drop off and then they can switch payment to a debit card. We had a $200 deposit for incidentals or overage on miles. The deposit is returned no problem if there is no damage or mileage overage. I was also able to use my Montana drivers license to rent from their Boise location.
The guy who set us up with our rental took pics of the outside of the truck to document any pre-existing damage. I wish he would have taken pics of the inside too as the inside had slight damage from use(we were NOT charged for that damage though).
We went over in miles and wasnt charged an absurd amount either. Overall was the best experience we've ever had renting. We were in and out with our rental in 10 minutes and drop of was even quicker. They do have a drop box to drop the rentals off before and after hours as well.”

“This place is great! We have rented quite a few U Hauls over the years and this was the best experience we have ever had. We had originally requested a pickup to move boxes. It was raining that day so we asked if we could rent a box truck. Without blinking an eye, Lisa updated our order and we were on our way! The contract was sent to my husband's phone and that was it. What a pleasant surprise!”

“Actually was very blessed to be able to have this van for work for a bit over a week while my Jeep was in the shop... Was able to get to work and get the kid to school and even got my flooring material picked up ... The guy that rented to me was very helpful and very nice... “I showed up and the lady was really friendly, despite being really busy. Got my key and was on my way. Came back and simply parked the truck where asked and gave her my key. It was just that easy. To be able to rent a pickup truck for 4 hours for under $100 is a pretty awesome deal. (I think it was about $60 WITH collision insurance- which I would recommend, just to avoid hassles in the unlikely event something happens.) Anyways.. very happy customer, no issues.”

“The guys at Abyss towing were awesome, and went out of their way to help me get squared away. When I got there I felt like I was walking into the Cheers bar and I was Norm...it was GREAT! I just wish I had a reason to go more frequently.Word to the wise: Lee (the Owner) is a guy, don't let his sexy voice fool you on the phone. That being said, when I messed up and said "thanks hun" he didn't bat an eye.All in all Lee and Chris were great and took care of me like I was family.”

“The inside cabin was a little dirty, food crumbs from previous person. Not enough to leave bad review though. Key drop off was a lot of work. There was a lot of steps as a customer I had to do, just to drop off the truck. I imagine this would be a big struggle for any non-tech savvy person. Other than that, customer service was great and truck worked great! Thanks!”
“Dropped off a truck one way rented fron Portland, Oregon. Had reservation for rental car to drive nack to Portland. This site rents only trucks, so no car to provide me. Despite this, they gave me a ride to a nearby Budget rental that did provide me a car. Well above the call of duty!”
“If you just rent a trailer instead of a vehicle, it is extremely well priced. It requires a tow hitch of course, but so much cheaper. I personally cannot afford the cost per mile and additional fees they charge for the trucks. I rented a trailer for 24 hours on two separate occasions for approximately $20 each time. Plus, you can return a trailer after hours by yourself.”
