Our neighbor's package was mis-delivered to our home. They live across the cul-de-sac from us. I walked over to their home, but no one answered the door. I texted the neighbor, who did not reply right away. I felt awkward holding their package, so we drove to UPS Eagle ID to ask UPS to re-deliver it. Once inside, I was approached by a hostile young women. People who used to work there were nice, 3 young women were not nice to me at all. After explaining what happened and that we were returning it to them for re-delivery, one woman asked me suspiciously if I opened it. I said no! It was clear the seal had not been tampered with. I felt discriminated against, and singled out - my reward for doing a good deed. The next day, another UPS driver mis-delivered the same package to our home for the same neighbors. I don't mind the mis-delivery, but the treatment inside the store was so poor, I will never mail a package from them again.

Chris, the store manager, was really helpful. There was a long line and already 3 associates serving customers and he still hopped on the floor and processed our multiple returns expediently with grace and precision. Such a great example of 5 star customer service.

Any location I go to everybody is so nice and amazing! They are very helpful and kind! They show a lot of patience which is very nice to have and receive during the stressful times for both the employees and the customers! I greatly appreciate this company, they have always done a phenomenal job! Thank you all!!!

This store is ANTI 2A. I was just denied shipping because I had a gun part along with dog food, candy, tshirt, and other comfort alate christmas stuff for my son, living in Bozeman.This is not a UPS policy, but a store policy. Please make it clear to all customers this is a store policy. Wrong state to be anti 2A.

Always reliable wonderfully staffed to assist with Amazon returns, especially around Christmas time. I make a special trip to this store for how seamless this store runs - the line always moves fast. Thank you to this awesome team; Pete, Jack, Chris, Debra and Kasey you rock!

Efficiently run and helpful. Prices are so much more reasonable than the post office. I needed to mail a pair of crutches to my father who recently broke his ankle. Jack was my cashier. He quickly measured and weighed my package and told me all my shipping options. He was very efficient and helpful. I'll definitely be mailing more with UPS than USPS.

Nicole, the manager, rocks! We have multiple boxes at this store for years even though there are closer locations. They are all personable, kind, and always happy to help! We appreciate the team and the personal service they give! Thank you!

Long story short. Shipped package. Called 30 min later to see if I could Re-route package. They agreed said it would be shipped to my local address then we could Re-send. They did not mention I would be getting charged full price for new address. I would have just allowed the ship to original location. It took almost a week to get package back. Anyways, they wanted to charge me another 55 dollars to ship on top 45 I’d already spent. I’ll avoid this location for future shipping. 1 star for incorrect and unclear communication

Been very happy with this UPS store, by far the best in the valley, great staff always friendly and in good moods even when swamped with boxes and customers! Never have had any problems with my Amazon returns ( unlike other hubs) I always look forward to coming in and getting my packages. Thank you for all your hard work!
