US Bank is an extraordinarily mismanaged company. On a corporate level, their systems and technology disappoints on a regular basis. I have wasted countless hours of my valuable time dealing with US Bank's shortcomings over the years. So disappointed in this company.

Great staff! Just not near enough of them! I typically wait 15 min at the drive through! And I have stood and waited that long inside as well. I will probably move to another bank down the road. So sad that they can’t staff up!

Just spent an hour with Kristen, helping us put our accounts into our trust. She was absolutely delightful and efficent. We feel so blessed to have this small but powerful branch nearby!!

We've been working with US bank for 10+ years for personal and business Accts. This branch appears to be one of the worst ones. Almost every time I have come here, it has been understaffed causing increased wait times. I'm leaving this review due to my final frustration of waiting for 15+ minutes in the drive thru. We have also had issues of deposits being put in the wrong account at this location. It seems like they are understaffed and/or very slow. We expect more from US Bank. We will be looking to do our business elsewhere unfortunately....

The branch manager Jennifer... where do I begin... first of all she is a horrible manager super rude to her customers not friendly at all... second she is a criminal she tried covering her tracks by saying our company was a CBd company which it is not!!! Telling us that we told her that. Absolutely not true. And then saying that sense we already did an international transfer [something she already had done for us] she would not do another transfer because we "tricked her" or lied and wrote a note on our account saying that we were a CBd company .and that now we might be subjected to having our account closed! Absolutely horrible customer service . We had random charges on our account every month something they said wouldnt happen. I forgot why I had stopped banking there so long ago and it's because of stuff like that... if she was a manager at my store she would most certainly be fired... #valentine.for.manager 2020
