The customer service is great at this post office. Although they sometimes seem under staffed, the clerks at the counter stay friendly and focused on getting people through as efficiently as possible.

For several months I experienced pleasant agents who were very respectful to me. Those behind the desk, however, bungled one month of our PO Box mail that was to be forwarded to our new address. Nothing arrived. I opened a federal case and found they sent it back to Sender. What a mess!! Supervisor apologized - hope they can do a LOT better!!

The employees here honestly deserve medals for not dressing down the meanies who come in and yell at them for doing their jobs. Especially at Christmas time!They’re always professional and as patient as saints.

BEST POST OFFICE IN TREASURE VALLEY!!! We go to different post office's everyday and Eagle has the friendliest staff and best service of them ALL! I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

Little concern for patron time. There is no phone number to contact local branch and hours are limited. Eagle really needs a 24hour kiosk like Meridian.I tried again today and the line is out the door, people are waiting and the employees seem to have no hurry.I decided to pay extra and ship through UPS, a locally owned and operated small business.

They never answer the phone. I constantly get mail that is not mine (today I got 4 letters for someone on a completely different street. The carrier won't deliver the mail if my neighbors car is parked too close to our joint mail boxes.

The worst post office that I have ever had to deal with. My packages/mail are consistently delivered to the wrong mailbox and the only solution they can offer is to file a claim online. They also don't have working phones, so you have to physically go in to the post office to get any form of help, which isn't usually much.
