It would have been a pleasant 5 star experience if your music wasn't so depressing, dreadful, and outdated. I couldn't wait to get out of there so I can be uplifted by the sunshine, clean air, and upbeat music in my car!! You want your customers experience to be enjoyable - they tend to stay longer and buy things instore rather than end up buying online!

Long wait times, you cannot contact the store directly they will not pick up the phone. 4 calls and was hung up on and not answered.

We stopped from out of town with a locked phone. The counter person gladly helped and also updated the account and checked for and deleted some harmful apps. We are older and just don't understand all this stuff.thank you. The best customer service I could ever ask for!

I’ve never left so happy from a phone store in all my life, and let me tell ya I’ve been in a lot. The costumer service was outstanding Tyler was so helpful the entire time and got me exactly what I came in for and was so sweet! I will definitely be referring Tyler from Verizon to all of my friends because I know they will get taken care of! Thank you again Tyler for your phenomenal customer service you made my day
