Sorry for the long review, but you might want to read the whole thing.Be very careful if you shop at this store. We bought two new phones and adjusted our plan. When asked, I specifically declined the protection plan for $34/month. I know the associate was aware because he asked me if I was sure. But, what did I see on my next bill? $34 for mobile protection. I might have seen this as a mistake if not for another issue.They really wanted to push the internet service. When they told me I would get 300 mps, I declined because I need a faster speed. The second associate said, “no problem, we can just upgrade you to 850 mps”. And if it didn’t work we could return the Gateway at no cost. So, we gave it a try. When I set it up, I was only getting 300 mps. I called tech support and was told the Gateway only goes that high. When I asked if I was lied to, he said, “Yes, they do it all the time for commission. I have to deal with this all of the time”. I appreciated his honesty.So, I called to have the $34 charge removed and the nice lady from Verizon billing echoed what tech support said about the store employees lying to make commission.Shop here at your own risk!

Spencer was so helpful and made my transition to version home internet very easy. He was also able to help me with promotions and discounts. I have never before felt this way when leaving a Verizon store, usually very frustrated. Thank you Spencer.

One worker for many customers, I've been waiting for over an hour and half to turn in a phone from doing an upgrade. If you have all the time in the world this place is the spot, if you have anything else you have to do the same day you're screwed.
