Anderson Camp, located on the Snake River Plateau in Eden, Idaho, offers a relaxing and family-friendly camping experience with options for both overnight and monthly stays. The campground features mature trees providing shade at most RV sites, large lawn areas suitable for games or tent camping, and full hook-ups, Wi-Fi, and propane for convenience. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including two geothermal swimming pools—though the adult pool is in poor condition and the kids' pool has a small fee—an 18-hole miniature golf course (which some reviews indicate may be unusable or extra fee-based), a game room with pool and foosball, two playgrounds (with some older equipment and goat thorns), and a small general store. The Family Fun Park operates from Memorial Day through Labor Day, offering additional entertainment for families. The campground provides easy access from the freeway, making it a convenient travel stop, especially for overnight stays. The scenery features rolling farm hills, creating a beautiful backdrop. Staff are noted as friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. However, some amenities, like the pools and showers, are in need of repair, and highway noise can be a disturbance. Overall, Anderson Camp is a decent option for travelers seeking a simple, scenic, and family-friendly place to stay.

When we booked they didn’t tell us that had a fire. No wifi like it said on the web page, no fire rings. They had two family reunions while we were there. When we booked we were told we would be away from them so we wouldn’t be bothered by them. We were given a site less than 20 feet away.
