Yep…there’s a reason they have bad reviews…cuz their customer service STINKS!!! Gladys literally will talk over you and act like you didn’t ask her a specific question!
I had my rx sent to Walgreens only to find out they don’t contract with my insurance. They were great and said they can just send it to Albertsons pharmacy if they contract with my insurance. I called and got Gladys and she said “Yeah we take your insurance. Just have Walgreens fax it over.” Well, apparently Gladys knew that’s not how it works, she just really hates the part of her job that includes customer service. After Walgreens informed me of the process, I called Gladys back and informed her what I was told about her being the one who needed to call and asked her if this was correct. She started talking over me as I was asking the question, ignored my question, and said she’d call. When I confronted her again about it, she got very awkward saying yes, that is how it works. So, she obviously is hoping you will do her job for her.
There’s another pharmacy in town that is family owned (Hollis) and operated with almost 5 stars. When I called them, they were great! So far, I’m thinking they’ll be my go to pharmacy. Start away…far far far away from Albertsons pharmacy! They’re more ridiculous then the store’s prices!

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like I really need to do this. I have been using save on for a few years now and have had a good experience until I went to pickup my daughters prescription today. I gave the lady my daughters name and i started to say what I was picking up but then she completely cuts me off and says what’s her DOB. I was shocked by how rude she came across. I didn’t say anything else to her after that and once she hands me my prescription I start to walk away and she says your welcome in a snippy attitude. I’m not sure what her problem was with me but I’m not sure this is the place I should be picking up my prescriptions anymore!

Kaylee was nice and very helpful! Line was long and went slow, they seem to provide preference to the window so I will do that next time.

Called in a medication for my son 3 days before we were going to be completely out. The pharmacy said it would be ready the next day. Went to pick it up. It wasn’t available. But that was OK. We had few days. Went to pick it up the next day. Still wasn’t available.
Repeated for the next week.
Three days after he had ran out of the medication completely. It still wasn’t available and he was going in withdrawal.
My son's doctor called the pharmacy and said that they told her I "never called it in". Needless to say I was furious. Over a week of trying to get this medication, 3 different people attempted to pick it up and were told the same thing "it'll be ready tomorrow" only to then be telling the Dr we "never called it in" I have very choice words I'd like to say that aren't acceptable in most situations ? but DON'T EVER USE THEM!
They will lie, and blame, and cause your loved ones very unnecessary pain and discomfort.

These boneheads tell us they have meds in stock over the phone but when we go to pickup we're told they don't have them. My son is going through withdrawals on his cerebral palsy medication now. Skip this place and go to Hollis family instead.

We have been using Savon for many years. We have had very few issues. The staff has always been very nice and really easy to work with on our prescription needs. I am surprised by the bad reviews. We can't remember anyone being rude to us or witnessing them being mean to other customers. Thank you, Savon staff. You do have a lot of clients that appreciates what you do.

Missing pills from my prescription. Very poor service. Very rude people at the counter. I have never had even a remotely good experience here. Today I picked up a prescription supposed to be 30qty. They staple your receipt to the bag with the medicine inside. Now when I get the bag home and count my prescription there are only 24 leaving me 6 short for the month. When I call and notify them of the shortage, their response is they have a system that counts 4 times and it does not make mistakes. Um yes it does or you have people taking medicine from bottles after the count is done and stealing them. Their system is wrong or their employees are thieves. Starting next month I will never buy from this so called business again.

The service is terrible. I stood waiting in line for 15 minutes while 5 people just looked at me while waiting to pick up my prescriptions. When the window girl finished her customer and just went on to another one I said something to them. They can't seem to keep anybody working there, maybe they need to take a look at their management.
