Missing pills from my prescription. Very poor service. Very rude people at the counter. I have never had even a remotely good experience here. Today I picked up a prescription supposed to be 30qty. They staple your receipt to the bag with the medicine inside. Now when I get the bag home and count my prescription there are only 24 leaving me 6 short for the month. When I call and notify them of the shortage, their response is they have a system that counts 4 times and it does not make mistakes. Um yes it does or you have people taking medicine from bottles after the count is done and stealing them. Their system is wrong or their employees are thieves. Starting next month I will never buy from this so called business again.

The service is terrible. I stood waiting in line for 15 minutes while 5 people just looked at me while waiting to pick up my prescriptions. When the window girl finished her customer and just went on to another one I said something to them. They can't seem to keep anybody working there, maybe they need to take a look at their management.

Albertsons pharmacy, although always super busy, they are friendly, kind and do their best.

Store struggles to maintain maintenance medications for patients, staff doesn’t understand going above and beyond to help their patients. Most pharmacies check their sister stores if they have medication in stock and inform their customers/patients. Not this place. Highly dissatisfied with their customer service.

If I could rate into the negative range I would. I don’t know how it possible to screw things up as well as this place does. Not only is the wait at the drive up window absolutely ridiculous, the apparent time it takes to get your medications is unacceptable. Repeatedly I have dropped off prescriptions to be refilled and have given instruction that the refill request has to be sent to the providers Emmett office. Without fail, almost every single time these people do not send it to the right office or just don’t send it at all. The last time I dropped off a prescription I reiterated 5 or 6 different times where it needed to go and they acknowledged. A WEEK LATER, still no meds ready. When the providers office was called, they had never received a refill request. We have also received the wrong medications and medications in the wrong dosages! GET IT TOGETHER! This is complete incompetence and I don’t understand how this pharmacy is even in operation!*New addition 9-26-22*My dermatologist sent in a prescription on 9-22-22 on 9-26 (today) 4 days later STILL NO PRESCRIPTION!!!! I called my dermatologists office to confirm they sent it and they confirmed that they did. I then called this pharmacy to verify if it was ready and was told that they had found it after I gave them my DOB and name and that it would promptly filled. Well no surprise, it’s still not completed by the end of their business hours today. I called at 3pm…. If there was another pharmacy that accepted Blue Cross of Idaho, I would not waste anytime switching. You people are going to seriously hurt or kill somebody with your inept BS.

I'm so grateful for this staff! My mom is terminal with cancer..Im a single parent with 3 kids..trying to help her.. I had an emergency med situation..they got her the meds she needed so I didn't have to take her to the ER in Boise..Tim, Brad and team thank you so much your super awesome! I'm forever grateful!

Super slow, always being put on hold for several minutes when calling, and they keep sending me daily Rx Ready texts for medications thar were picked up weeks prior. And when I would call to see if meds were ready they would styles go to pick it up and it wasn't even ready. 2 wasted trips in one day.

Got Covid recently and had to go to the doctors which is always kind of a pain, however James the pharmacist was incredibly kind to help me get the medication to breathe easier, faster. He went above and beyond and I’m very thankful.

They have had my prescription from the Doctor office since Friday afternoon. Went in yesterday, wasn't ready, today, not ready at 1130 am. I mentioned it had been called in since Friday, and was rudly met with, well, we are busy. Horrible service. It's not what you say, so much as how it's said. I don't know what is going on, but, it used to be day of, not almost 3 days. Management needs to fix it! Finally picked up at 230pm, Sunday afternoon. Not the first time this has happened....

ZERO STARS!!! REPEATED ERRORS AND RUDE!! This pharmacy is sub-standard!!!!! They refuse to take responsible for their errors and are in fact rude and defensive if it is brought to their attention. They did not correctly determine the correct days an RX should last on one visit. I was told in a very snotty manner that I was trying to refill the prescription too soon. Their error. Today I went to pick up prescriptions and they were filled under two separate names instead of how the doctor prescribed. The tech was very rude and of course this was not their mistake either. Very SLOPPY!!! They will kill someone eventually with their carelessness. Go to Bi-Mart or Walgreens!! They are polite too!!!

The pharmacy hours are listed on the door and when you call their number, it will also give you the hours of 9am to 9pm Monday through Friday but the last couple times i have gone to pick up prescriptions, its been between 7 and 8 they have been closed already. Plus the wait is anywhere between 15 minutes and an hour. Most people don't have that kind of time.

Really well stocked. Nice employees. The only two down sides are no electric carts (that I could find at least) And a super busy pharmacy. I'm actually in line at drive they pharmacy as I type! Knee injury so I'm not going to hobble into the store or risk buffing it for meds to reduce swelling
