As far as.mobile parks go, this is a nice, clean, well-kept park. About 125 homes, all privately owned. New ownership of park in Oct 2019, so we shall see...

Went in looking for a place and everything was nice and clean found a couple places I might rent price is very reasonable

My aunt might be moving in here. I went to look at the place she wants today and it seems quiet and friendly. Met one of her neighbors if she moves in, she introduced her self and was so welcoming.
