I have adored these guys for past many years, I trust them with my rights. There have been times where I have been in a bad situation and they have put my mind at easier told me exactly what need to be fixed because I couldn't get underneath my vehicle and check it out. they give excellent quality for what they do, sometimes I feel like they go above and beyond. When you're there, you're not just another paycheck for them. You're a person. And that matters.

I went here today. I needed an oil change that I didn't get before I left home. The gals are very friendly, very efficient and get the job done right.
This is the place to go if you need an oil change. They do not try to up-sale you. They do let you know if other things need attention. A great asset to Emmett.

I love this place, but I got my oil changed in my truck and they completely replaced my oil filter housing with a non OEM filter without telling me :( so now I have to reorder a new housing and a new filter

The staff informed my wife of damage to the air cleaner box. I am so glad they brought this to our attention. I wrote a very negative review thinking Lube One caused the problem without getting the facts. They instead helped us to correct a problem that I feel could have caused future engine damage. Thanks so much and I am so sorry about my first response.

Ron has taken our vehicle there to be serviced. The staff are all freindly and informative. They checked fluids and the tire pressure . Was very happy with them we will be going back next service.

Update: 10/18/2023. Service has declined past yr. Nice employees but sloppy work. Won't "top off" fluids unless you asked and it only cost $5 extra. Always say the oil is "full" when I just checked it 15 mins before. Emmett deserves better.
