“Bought a chainsaw, took it home to use and within the first 10 minutes a critical piece (made of plastic) broke and the chainsaw was no longer working. Spoke with the assistant manager Greg and no questions asked they replaced the chainsaw. I greatly appreciated it and will continue to do buisness with a company like this, one that is willing to take care of the customer.”
