While early mornings can be busy, they are not overcrowded. However, members should note that the ladies' lockers have longstanding issues with the locks. Overall, it is a favorite gym for many in Emmett.
One of the best gyms in my 8 years of weight lifting. Friendly people, amazing owner, comes with a shower, sauna, cardio machines ranging from stair master, treadmill, bikes, and more. Affordable pricing as well! Also has a bjj classroom upstairs💪
