We practically live in this store.. and I would just like to take a mention to say how thankful I am.
Thank you for always making us feel welcome, thank you for carrying our pet feed, and thank you for allowing me a safe place to bring our dogs out for exposure.

Poor customer service. They had the item we needed I stock although it was the only one on the shelf, but due to lack of good customer service, We walked out of the store without the item. Disappointed. We have enjoyed tractor supply for many years but it’s getting harder and harder to find what we need or get quality service there.

Having worked at this location since January 2nd 2024 until just the other day, I ended up walking out on my shift because the assistant manager is on a serious power trip there. Other co workers complain, customers complain all the time, I mention I work at TSC and they say nothing good about the assistant manager, I’ve had to apologize to customers for the assistant managers behavior yet he still gets paid more than me to do less or as I say “a bare minimum performance” Nothing has been done about it, I put my 110% effort into the job every time I clocked on, only missed 1 day which I actually came in on my shift and said I was sick and needed the day off, and got treated like I wasn’t worth even more than the dirt on the floor. Worked several days that I wasn’t scheduled for, even stayed longer and closed to let people go home.. I accepted the fact that I don’t get paid enough to be treated like crap. The passive aggressive behavior and the ego isn’t needed from an Assistant Manager, I happily take my work ethic to a better paying job. I’m not the only one who thinks it, TSC lost out.. and my complaints were never listened to, or dealt with at least. Almost seemed like a joke ? I thought it was different, I was told I was going to move up if I strived for it, and a Team Lead position was given to a new hire who didn’t even know the store, what was my hard work for then? To make $40k over sales goal to get $140 bonus on top a $12/hr 46 hours every 2 weeks???

Bought a chainsaw, took it home to use and within the first 10 minutes a critical piece (made of plastic) broke and the chainsaw was no longer working. Spoke with the assistant manager Greg and no questions asked they replaced the chainsaw. I greatly appreciated it and will continue to do buisness with a company like this, one that is willing to take care of the customer.

Would of gave no stars not for the store but for the lady named Stephanie that is the so called manager . I just witnessed how unprofessional For a manger she is as she walks up does a override and walks away . The other register is down and the cashier is trying to get it up and running people are waiting and she does nothing to help get the store moving just walks away . Whoever gave her the title of manager should also give her some management skills with it . Also smile and people wouldn't feel so uncomfortable.

Highly Recommend our Emmett Idaho Tractor Supply ! Friendly staff, clean store, great selection, nice prices. Every time I'm in there, it's been a five star experience. Super dog friendly, too! Thank you!

Went to go get propane and they were very rude said we close in 6 minutes.. it was me working there I would have helped the customer no matter what

This company is the poster child for how NOT to run a business. Every thing is made in China and the house brand/pedigree food for dogs and chickens is causing huge problems. They understaffed each location and pay sub par wages. Shop anywhere else and you will be happier than shopping at Tractor Supply of China
