the automatic answering system at your facility sucks. you tell it you want to speak to an agent and the answer is, Do you want to speak to an agent. then the response is I understand that you want to speak to an agent, you respond yes, the system will start over telling you that you have to put in a tracking number, which you don’t have. your looking for a package you didn’t receive. then you start all over again. then the operator tells you that it must hang up to help other customers.

They put my orders on the wrong truck all the time. Which then I have to reorder because the post office is unable to do their jobs properly and put my orders on the right truck. To say im sick and tired is an understatement.

They said they notified me of a package that needed a signature and they did not. They say now that the package was returned to sender and that the sender should have it. I contacted the seller and they did not receive the package back. The seller's tracking shows "delivered to an individual". It was a one of a kind art piece. Very dissatisfied with this post office.

Jamie was amazing! I had no idea what I was doing and she was so patient and helped me out! I'm literally a college student that's never mailed anything before and she was totally nice and helpful!

I can't seem to get my mail!!! Same PO BOX for over 20 years. I'm having wedding invitations returned. Didn't receive my gas bill at all!! Had to call and pay by phone LATE, lucky I remembered!! How many more are out there? I understand COVID but this is important already paid a late fee on phone bill. I try to keep stamped envelope on me always so if I get them and due that day can at least mail!!

Every Clerk I've dealt with here is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I especially appreciate that when I have packages to mail, I get suggestions on options that will save me money. The facility is always well stocked with supplies and immaculate. Emmett Post Office is exceptional.

Sent my sister a letter from Utah on the 31st of March and it's April 15th... She still hasn't received it! She should of already have gotten it days ago. Makes me think that either the people at the post office are lazy or just give mail to other people who is not addressed to.

Absolutely the laziest mail delivery drivers. They will not even attempt to deliver your package. Don't expect much from these excuse makers, they dont accept responsibility for anything. Typical government agency!
