In July 2023 I upgraded my old S9. There was a huge promotion at the time for an upgrade. The sales person talked me into a google pixel. Battery would not charge. Drive 1/2 hr back to store and they replaced it. New pixel still wouldn't charge so I drove another 1/2 hr back and got a S23. I paid it off in full, or so I thought. Today my husband came to the store to purchase a new phone and say that time I was told I still have a balance of $333. I am so beyond upset that this will absolutely be my last Verizon experience. I don't care that Verizon has towers for better service. I will NOT give them the satisfaction of my business again. I wouldn't have minded paying the bill except I HAD paid what I was told would be the entire amount. Never again!!!!

Went in for helping activating a phone and they changed the plan and added a mobile hotspot without me knowing, while also forging my signature. Shady and unfortunate that they screw people over.

Gage was very helpful in combining my daughter’s phone plan into mine, explaining the current offers, assisting with my requirements for travel etc. I had to get to the airport and he made sure to get us out the door quickly. Thank you!!

I sat in the store and waited for two hours for an associate to assist me. There was only one staff member when I arrived. This staff member was obviously struggling. He was slow, unable to mukti task, easily distracted, and incredibly unprofessional! He also knew next to nothing about the stock. During the time I was there 4 customers walked out and didn't come back due to the wait time and lack of assistance. One gentleman got halfway through getting an upgrade and got fed up with the employee and said he would be back to finish tomorrow before leaving. I was finally assisted but after the experience dedcided to take my business elsewhere. I would reccomend driving over the hill for quicker and better quality service.

Hanna was the best person I have ever delt with at a cell phone store. She listened, then promptly fixed my issue. the whole interaction lasted less than 10 minutes. High praise to this store for hiring her!

Usual phone store experience. People where nice, but their hourly rate is low and they make money on the up sale, so be aware. Understaffed at times so the wait can be long. Hopefully the pay structure can be modified and they can retain more people.

Great experience at the Emmett, Idaho location. Mikey helped us out, bought a new phone. We really enjoyed Mikey, he's perfect. Made the experience relaxing and worry free. So far, love the new phone.
