Customer service behind the counter was great. The two associates in the cubicual not so much we were asked to take a seat because we wanted to do a wire transfer. One was helping a coustomer for the first 5 min. Then when done he proceeded to walk around the bank for 30min. As we sat and waited the other was on her cell phone texting and not doing much. After 45min of waiting I asked if we were going to be able to be helped if not so I could leave they became rude and said if I didn't want to wait I should have made a appointment. In the 45min I was there numerous people walked in and walked out with the help of the cashier. This bank is horribly staffed especially if you need to be helped with something other then cash or deposit checks. Will not be returning to this location.

Went in because I had to open a new checking and savings. All of the bankers were friendly, very helpful, and did not push unneeded cards or anything else on me, and kept it short and sweet. It was very easy to open new accounts and I felt welcome. Their online banking isn't bad and they have a good app that works too. I would recommend this branch.

Service manager is AWFUL. I worked here for 2 years and was harassed/bullied enough to leave. This happens to customers and employees in this branch. Boo!

Hard to get business done when you are closed all the time. Also, you don't say when you will re-open. Not that you had much to offer small business at this branch.I've inquired about card merchant services and rates, integration with our Point of Sale system, business credit services, loans, and so much more with lackluster results and no follow ups. If you're going to shut down let me come and close my account and move to somewhere that is reliably open. What a awful joke this bank has become. You need to get your act together or vacate the premises.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the window was nice, but everything else was terrible. I went in and SPECIFICALLY stated that I was there to inquire about interest rates and financing on a new vehicle. After the clerk went back and asked what I assume was her supervisor about who I needed to talk to, she confirmed that I needed to speak with the banker, which was by appointment only. I was told come back at 2pm. I arrived at about 1:55 pm, and was told that the banker had "stepped out for a moment". After waiting around cooling my heels for 15 minutes, the 'supervisor' from my first visit came over and told me that they "don't do any of that in the branch. You'll just have to get those rates at the dealer when you buy your car". She then tried to blame the clerk that had initially waited on me for "not hearing or understanding what you were asking about". So, thanks for completely wasting my time.

Going to be closing my account after a couple of decades. No point in stating with them if I can't get to a banker or teller.
