“Shelly has been a great property manager since I have lived here! She has always been very friendly, accommodating and willing to offer assistance anytime asked. I have truly appreciated everything she has done for me, and will forever be grateful for her.As far as those that have left bad reviews....take it with a grain of salt. From what I can tell and have observed since living here, the only time people seem to have issues are when they aren't following the rules or the terms of their lease. Seems pretty cut and dry to me... Break the rules and suffer the consequences. Management isn't to blame for a tenant not following the terms of their lease, yet she tends to get a lot of negative comments for doing her job to keep the complex a safe space. Overall this has been a great place for my kids and I and Shelly has been nothing but kind to me.”
