Because of your decision to give people the WORST internet possible, and to continue to be the narcissists that you are in the fact that you have time and time again told my ELDERLY family members that THEY'RE the problem and need to buy ANOTHER NEW ROUTER. And have charged us MORE SINCE WE BOUGHT *YOUR* FANCY NEW ROUTER. You people are literal scum and I can't wait to get a lawyer and sue. I have piles of evidence from YEARS back til now.

TruLeap upgraded our internet yesterday. Justin and his coworker did a great job. It took less than an hour. They were very speedy and very professional. Kudos! Well done!

I was having trouble with my Internet going in-and-out. Call the office explained what problems I was having. She said that she'd would have a technician get hold of me. So it wasn't even longer than a 1/2 an hour that the technician called me and said that they would have to send a repair Person to find what's the problem . So about an hour later the repair people showed up. Found the problem repaired it. Great job great serviceThanks

I want to send a huge thank you to Jose and Casey, who were at my home today to see why my internet had stopped working. They both went above and beyond to get us back up and running today. To fix the problem, they had to get into our basement, and to get to the door for the basement, the pantry had to be emptied, (the door is half of the pantry floor) They emptied everything before I could get more than a couple of items moved out, and then offered to help put everything back when they were done. These two are great examples of why I still believe that there are still a lot of young folks out there with a very strong work ethic. These two deserve to be commended for a job extremely well done! Thank you so much for your quick and thorough service.

The only leap made here was a leap back in time. $50 for 6 down 1 up? The 90s are calling. If you want internet in a rural area, you're better off buying a dedicated hotspot from Verizon or T-Mobile.

This internet company is not good.We purchased their $1000 dollar router and then we was locked into a 2 year contract.This is the worst internet company that I have ever paid to have at my house and I consider it to be subpar service at best!The customer Service is just as bad as the internet service, when you call them you get subpar customer service.We upgraded to pay for the largest and fastest internet Available and now we get lower speeds than before.We are Looking for a better internet service company in the Wendell area at this time, does anybody have any recommendations?I would recommend that anyone looking stay far away from TruLeap.Yes reviews and Ratings Means something if your trying to please your customers.Here is a minus one star for Trueleap.

Just tried to transfer service with my internet company since I moved and was told it would be a couple of weeks. TruLeap was very quick and Neal a huge help getting everything hooked up right away!!
