one of my debit cards got hacked there we're several transactions had been made the people at this bank did nothing to fix the problem they were very rude about the situation another complaint I have with this bank I waited months for them to send me another secure card asked them several times it took months for them to finally get me another one I will no longer do my banking at connections credit union in firth for whoever reads this very good idea to find any other bank then this one people are rude and don't seem to know there job

I love how they removed the Google reviews also removing the option to post reviews. This place functions and operates much more like Wells Fargo and Bank of America.....not like a true credit union.

Unfair employee treatment, micro management from the "supervisor," that doesn't know how to do her job, using employees as punching bags. They claim to be a great work place, but turn over is so bad they can't get people to cover lunches or breaks. Cutting everyone short, not only that they're taking away their food during the hours of them sitting there in a non hazardous area where nothing can be contaminated. After YEARS of it being perfectly okay. If they were in an office at a desk would it be different? And how? Because they're literally at a DESK for 8 hours dealing with all the members and mistakes even their own bosses mistakes. They're lucky if they have time to eat on break or even try before work. You're a "boss," so you get special treatment? You can eat in peace and hide inside that little office all you want. Because to me it sounds like they're just belittling their employees that they don't deserve in the first place. They continually change everything without the knowledge themselves and expect the other "less than," employees to do all the work to figure it out and portray that to the members. With no help from management. Then get backlash when done incorrectly because again there was NO TRAINING. These employees deserve better. Upper management needs a hard reality check. I'm impressed they haven't gone on strike. THEY EVEN THREATEN TO FIRE YOU IF YOU TALK ABOUT WAGES! Which is illegal by the way. 95% of this is from experience the rest has been read in online forums regarding this lousy company. Do better.

I used to love this Credit Union, but in the last 18 months that has been turned entirely upside down. They have had 0 staff retention and have lost every employee I've known and worked with for the past 10 years, they have totally redesigned their web infrastructure to a much less user friendly design that is very buggy and hard to work with, their mobile deposit doesn't function correctly, and recently I spent two hours fighting with them to deposit my payroll in the form of an e-check which I had been doing every two weeks...not only were they refusing to deposit it, but they had the nerve to tell me they've never accepted them, and treated me life I was handing them a fraudulent check. At this point I am seriously considering leaving connections, whom I have banked with since they were potelco. I need a credit union that works for and with me rather than against me.

We love the Firth Connections credit union! We only use them for our automobile loans. Rhonda has always given us the best rates and made the process seamless and easy! They are the only credit union to use!

The ladies at the Firth Connections Credit Union are always so helpful and always greet us with a smile. They are always professional and make you feel important. They take the extra step to get to know their members and visit with them.
