It's very hard to get help when you need it. Even if you try to ask someone they walk by you and ignore you. They have raised the points so high that its impossible to get free concert tickets or suites. Please have your staff quit drowning themselves in cologne and perfume. Talk about an oasis in the desert! While the hotel and casino is in the middle of an arid area, it’s also located right by the interstate so people cannot get lost. People are friendly, rooms are 5 star, food is good. What more could you ask for?

The casino was clean, quiet and I hit big on my first 30 minutes. First time stopping in and playing. Great little stop on a road trip. A+ Even got a free T shirt. No new player free play (-)
