Customer service is lacking big time. There's a wait to get a non-English as a first language speaking person. It's frustrating to try to deal with Amerigas!

Your employees are professional & helpful. The only real problem with your service is that your prices are too high. You need to be more competitive & charge the same fees & rates as Valley Wide or any other competitor. It might be helpful if you checked them out.
