I wish that I could leave a five-star review for this medical office. My review of this office has been five stars in the past, but currently I cannot leave the same review for one very simple reason. This very simple reasonis because of a certain member of the front office staff that brings a whole new light to what it means to be called ‘Karen’.

Christina Benson has been the best provider I have seen and incredibly helpful and seems like she really cares. However, the receptionists and ladies up front are AWFUL. They are horrible with scheduling and have wasted my time on multiple occasions and causing me to miss work all while I just want a med changed causing very bad side effects. They've been rude multiple times not only in a proffesional setting but personal as well. People don't come for no reason, they come for help and front staff makes the problem so much worse. I'll be changing doctors soon which is super unfortunate because I love Dr. Benson as a provider.

Dont go to this physicians asst instant at Alphonsus . Do yourself a favor she’s incompetent . She is a uncaring and total incompetent p.a. SHe has no compassion for a patient. She wouldn’t even fill my desperately needed depression meds . She needs a wake up call. All she do is talk about her pregnancy and leave coming

They have all new wonen that check you in.The lady that checked us in was extremely rude, and didnt thoroughly check us in. I was told i had been there 10 minutes, when we were here for 40 just to get a shot. I will not let her check us in again

Good place to go when you break your hip. Dr. Davis is an excellent orthopedic surgeon, very polite, professional and thorough in his field of expertise. He is a very nice man and love his staff.

Christina Benson is a great provider, but the receptionists are rude! I feel like you are just another in a long line of patients and you do not matter. I will be searching for another primary provider.

Every time I have an appointment it is super quick to get in and the doctor always makes sure to take the proper amount of time for whatever I need. The urgent care gets backed up sometimes but out of the 15-20 times I’ve used the urgent care only once was more than an hour wait.

Although the urgent care had to send me to the ER, the two hours I was there for X-rays and an EKG was a good experience. All the staff was professional, kind and caring.
