The people were amazing here, had some issues with my truck and trailer rental at another location which got transferred to this location and they were on top of everything and got me what I needed to move, I highly recommend anyone in need of moving services to come to this location, they were polite, professional, and informative. I was out the door within 30 minutes with my truck and trailer rental.
The dogs they have are amazing also, very friendly and fun to engage with.
I give this place a 5/5 star review, and I appreciate everything they did for me.

We needed a flatbed trailer, emergency situation, personal vehicle was in a accident on vacation… after finding out everything is closed on a Sunday I called around to see if i could get something to bring are vehicle back home…360 miles away !!!The owner/sales lady was extremely helpful when informed about the situation… she immediately took over a made it her mission to find and locate everything we needed…Once we arrived with the truck, she made that happen as well be securing a reservation for us with another vendor up the street from the hotel we had to stay at, walking distance as we were without a vehicle…All I can say is VERY HELPFUL!!Thx

I understand why I wasn't able to go through them I called to cancel my appointment like 3 hours before I had to get it so they wouldn't charge my card. and I don't understand why they charged me $27 knowing I didn't even use their service did not like this place and definitely would not recommend It.

Stopped by for a quick propane fill, as the sign says "pay at the pump". But as usual at this location, nothing is as it seems, so had to go to the desk, which is totally backed up.

You are charged $20 if you drop off after hours - even if it's within the return time. They claimed the app would 'walk me through' options to return the truck but no such options exist and the app can't even find my number. Since Uhaul is basically telling me they don't want my business, they will never be getting it again, since other rental companies don't penalize you for after hours drop off.

This place is amazing. They're constantly understaffed and are way too busy. But they still handle each and every customer like they're their only one. Ryan and Daniel were the guys who helped us out. These guys are so awesome. They made us turning in our truck very easy and painless. They were able to waive a fee that the original U-Haul rental place was going to try and charge us. I would absolutely rent from here again, these guys deserve every 5 star rating they could. The on-site climate controlled storage is awesome too, very secure and very nice. The 10x10 storage is nice, but the roof is so much higher. Maybe closer to 17 feet it seems. I was able to stand a huge sectional straight up and it still had another 6 feet above it. This place rocks! Highly recommend it.

At first, my relationship was rocky... we made arrangements to store our belongings online, confirmed by calling their corporate number and then went in to find out that the size we had reserved, and which was guaranteed , had been sold out. They offered to give us a more expensive one and the lady was so rude about it. I walked out, determined to secure another storage lot in another facility. It was then, in my full rented moving truck and ample amounts of stress that I realized that it was getting late, I was tired and their more expensive offer was still cheaper than other places nearby. Plus. This location was convenient. Annoyed to be scammed, I went back in and accepted the offer for the larger unit. Lucky for me, a mother and her baby (looking sweet and pathetic) was there with the same problem as us. She had a full truck and they had sold out if her reserved and guaranteed price. Her baby was fussy and she began crying. Her cashier offered her a free month and was super nice. Short story, we got a free month too and after the initial visit I never saw the "mean cashier" again. Since then, for omg.... almost a year now, our stuff is still there. They lock you out if you're late on a payment, but have always been nice about late fees and don't hassle us if we are a few days late. The facility offers controlled temp units, has good security (that works most of the time) and the grounds are clean.

ZERO STARS worst customer service ever! Canceled our appointment without ever calling us. Then when we showed up for the "rescheduled" appointment they put the wrong wiring harnesses on our new hitch. And just refunded the difference without ever mentioning it!!! Wtf! Doesn't even make any sense

Can't complain about staff or truck condition. Picked up truck with empty tank and they took off $50 on the rental. Not bad.

Randy gets all the stars for his excellent job installing the hitch on my truck. I'd make it five stars for that, but zero stars for everything else. The place is criminally understaffed. One person was doing all of the rentals and sales. The line was to the door. Her snooty attitude didn't help. I won't be back.
