Worst experience ever have never eaten before figured I'd try worst idea ever got the 2 plate ribs and kielbasa got 1 rib and 6 pieces of kielbasa and wife got 4 ribs in her plate won't do that again and no toast for 43 dollars and 5 tip

It takes a lot for me to leave a horrible review, but this one takes the cake for me! I ordered online dinner for my husband, kids and myself on 4/7/24. Drove all the way there, and headed home with our bag of food…got home, opened the bag and it was only half our order (sides only). So we drove back to get the rest and when my husband went in to get the food was met with such hostility from the two young boys working (one just sitting in the dining area at a table doing NOTHING) & one behind the counter who said “You should have answered your phone when we called that you forgot it”.First, WE didn’t forget our order…these kids behind the counter didn’t do their job correctly. Second, how dare these little kids blame the customer for their lack of work ethic?Once again, we went home, opened the bags and guess what? One of our sides were completely missing and NONE of the ribs were in our order. So I called this time to ask why and what’s going on, I was told they substituted the ribs because they were out (normally I would be okay with this, but they should have said something) & then I was called a liar because “I’m pretty sure all your aides are in there”…well, all but one were kiddo. And then I was hung up on.This was the worst service I have had in over a decade from ANYWHERE!!! If I could give it zero stars, I would!

Haven't been here in a while but it seems things have drastically changed! Portion sizes were skimpy and one of the meals had considerably less meat than the other meal. Sides were quite bland and in small portion cups. Apparently they don't do rolls anymore and give you toast, which was ok but not a roll. Very disappointing. We will not be considering dickey's in the future for takeout bbq options.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Only issue is their gift card machine is still down. We've been there twice in several months looking forward to using our gift cards only to find out that's still down.

So my partner and I used to work here and we and 2 other employees quit due to the new manager(eli) and now whenever we order food the pop always taste like metal and the food is always unavailable. Used to love the food sad to see how it has fallen.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews and usually only take the time to write reviews about great service. Unfortunately, this was the most horrific experience I’ve ever encountered. I called the store to order for pickup and the employee who answered suggested that I download the app and order online, so I took his advice and did so. After taking 15 minutes to create an online account and download the app, finally I was able to place my order. I received a call from an employee at the Glenwood location and he said they had run out of the chicken I ordered and they could replace it with beef. I do not eat red meat so I kindly asked for a refund since I ordered an entire pound. The employee argued with me for 30 minutes on the phone, telling me that I did not order from their app and that I needed to request a refund from a third party. I requested to speak with a manager and he said they would call me back.I finally got a call from someone who said they were both the manager/owner (Eli) who was beyond rude, completely unprofessional and denied that I ordered through the Dickey’s app. I literally had tears in my eyes by the end of the call. My partner and I decided that we would get in the car and take a drive over to validate my online purchase by providing evidence in my app. Still, no resolution, no apologies and no refund. I am so appalled by this experience, I’m not sure I’ll ever eat at a Dickey’s BBQ again.

My teenage daughter placed an online order recently and while picking up her food she overheard staff making comments about her and joking “At least we have her address”, she is unable to sleep due to these monsters. Terrible.

Horrible. Makes sense why the place is always empty. Food is trash and the staff is impossible to work with. Employees lie about their position in an effort to prove their worth but can’t hold up against their contradictions.Instead of apologizing or offering ways to make things right, they will only offer insults.
