“I love this little shop. Even though it isn’t the most conveniently located store for me, I come back because of the customer service and wide variety of things they offer. Today when I got my dog food, someone came up and offered to take my large bag of dog food to the counter so I didn’t have to walk around with it. Then upon check out, without asking, sweetly carried it out to my car for me. Customer service like this is not found everywhere anymore, and I appreciate the genuineness, thoughtfulness & kindness from the staff here.”
“I’ve been going to Northwest Pets forever, but when my dog recently got sick, I turned to them for help finding something that would agree with him. They not only took back unopened product, which was a huge help to my budget, but they also gave me so much care and advice. Robert was especially helpful; he patiently helped me choose a gentle food that worked wonders for my pup. I’ve always appreciated Northwest Pets, but this experience showed me again why I’m loyal. “I take my cat Dune to Sagan and she is absolutely amazing she is always super excited to see him and I and she does wonderful with him. She is really well priced and she works with our schedule when its a little bit crazy. She gave him a teddy bear cut this past week and he looks so adorable, is insanely soft, and was super happy when I picked him up. I would definitely recommend her for grooming services.”

“Zamzows staff are trained to offer friendly service. You never feel like a bother, they take the time to answer all your Q with a smile. Good selection of goods and plants, they even let you use their spreader free of charge, you just have to check it out and bring it back promptly. Best of all, their bulk soils are affordable and high quality, and loaded upon request by a young lady who drives the loader with surprising skill. What a refreshing place to do business!”

“I finally made it in to check out Zamzows. I was very impressed with the staff. Not knowing that much about planting vegetables, the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and very sweet. This Nursery carries just about anything you need from animal food to a wonderful selection of garden seeds, planters, huge selection of flowers and herbs and much more. It is definitely worth going there and I was able to get a pretty good selection of plants The lady that checked me out was very, very nice. I think their customer service is A plus The only thing I was quite surprised by was some of their pricing like on their hanging baskets to me seemed on the high side, but what I did notice is all of their plants and flowers are in very good condition. I definitely will be going there again. If you haven’t been before, you definitely should go.”

“Eddie in the Grooming Dept at PetSmart on Milwaukee St is PHENOMENAL. I can’t hype him up enough! I just recently moved here with my miniature schnauzer Teddy and was nervous about finding someone that would do a good job grooming him, and Eddie did such an AMAZING job - Teddy looks better than he ever has before! He’s Mr. Steal Your Girl now, and it’s all thanks to Eddie. He’s definitely going to be my go-to from now on! ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“I like all of the zamzows from the large stores the have everything to the smaller local community stores. The staff are always very pleasant and they know their products very well. They got just about everything needed for your yard upkeep, vegetables to grow your on to items for you fur babies as well. This is my first time to visit one of their small stores and they had so much in the store.”

“We got this Bumble Bee Betta, he'd been sitting in his little cup for three months. We also picked up a floating moss ball and some dwarf hair grass. It's all doing good and the betta, Percy, is happy enough to be making bubble nests! All in all, this Petco had a good selection.”
“I usually shop at two local nurseries for my houseplants, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Zamzows carries them too. I had never been here before, it's tucked a bit further back from the street, so I didn’t even realize it was there. They have a wonderful greenhouse attached to the building with a great selection of hoyas, many of them were already blooming! This is definitely going to be my new go-to spot for houseplants, and I’ll be recommending it to all my fellow houseplant enthusiasts.”
