“Quality products, staff is very helpful! They always have a bin of beautifully decorated doggie cookies for purchase which is fun for birthdays & holidays. They keep track of the type of food we buy so if we forget which type we bought or send someone else to pick up dog food, staff can look it up. We earn rewards on the food & product purchases so that's helpful.”
“Molly's is absolutely wonderful. When we moved, I saw that they stocked the food our dog uses for cheaper than any online site I have located to date. At the time, they generally carried one bag at a time of the very specific food my dog uses, not ideal for a large pup who eats a lot... I asked if they could stock two bags at a time since it's easier for me to make bigger purchases. They have happily done so ever since, and two bags show up on my porch like clockwork within a day or so of placing the order. Great customer service. Thanks Molly's”

I was so relieved and am grateful to Evan for his help and concern.”

“Store was relatively clean. Found a puddle of fluids, most likely pee, that a pet parent did not clean. Not holding against the store, accidents happen. Regular food was moved to a new aisle, which was not difficult to find, but I wish a sign said this brand moved to aisle X.Easy to get in and out of, especially when buying more toys for the pups.”
“Well! I just waited in the car it was a friend of mine who went inside and bought canned cat food, but ur store must be #1 cause! We went way out of our way just to go there, especially during rush hr. Traffic.”
“Love this Zamzows! The crickets' tanks are always kept pretty clean. If you purchase crickets, you know how dirty those buggers are. I've had good luck with my crickets not dying super quick like they have when I get them from other stores that don't take as great care of them. Sometimes I get lost and end up in the plant section and accidentally buy a plant. The plants always look lively and well cared for. I hate when they all beg me to take them home though.”

“I pop in every so often to get Iams cat food for my cats. I get the huge bags because it's cheaper that way. Then I pour it into about 3 or 4 airtight containers. They don't like it when it gets stale, cats are picky”

“I started taking my basset hounds to Pet Supplies Plus because they have walk-in service for nail trims. The women in the grooming department are SO good with our dogs. Our female had a bad experience once and has been really skittish about getting her nails trimmed. The team loved on her, coaxed her, calmed her and were so gentle with her....I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Thank you!”
