“Zach knows how to cater to his customers. My family was in the middle of moving our large house from Idaho to Oregon. After an initial consultation on the phone I went down to their office, was greeted professionally and given a tour of the units. I rented two units, shook hands and went back to packing and loading my house into a Uhaul. Upon arrival I quickly realized that I had more stuff than I thought and ended up packing both units with 1/3rd of the Uhaul still loaded. I went back to the office and Zach was able to accomodate with an extra unit he had available. Zach also stayed open a little later while we were loading our last unit so we didnt have to come back the next day and be charged extra by Uhaul. I recommend Garden city self storage to anyone that is on the fence. Zach was honest, friendly and really made that end of our move simple. Thank you Zach!”

“I rented a small storage unit at Boise lockaway storage and had the best service ever! They were so accommodating and available for assistance, they set me up with a gate code and I could access the unit pretty easily. Their billing automatically deducted from my bank account every month, Nice to know that it’s a carefree experience. And when I was done and ready to move out all I had to do was call them and tell them I was out and they prorated my month! These guys are so nice and offer great customer service and I would definitely choose them anytime! I love supporting local business owners too!”
