It's been one full week NO MAIL. I spent 45 minutes yesterday cleaning around my mailbox to be sure it was delivered today. I spoke to the postmaster at the Marigold station on Friday. Exactly what is the problem? This is SO frustrating!

Multiple times now, this facility has wrongly marked my packages as "Attempted to Deliver" or "Notice Left." During those times, never was there an attempt actually made to deliver my packages. I had to find out through my online tracking number that my package wasn't going to be delivered as scheduled, and instead, I'd have to chase it down, as I have in the past with these people. They don't bother coming to your door, even when directed, or even when it's their *literal job.* They don't bother coming when you schedule them to come either. They don't actually provide a notice in your mailbox or doorway, as they claim they do, when they "can't deliver" your packages. It's as if the people driving the vehicles are simply driving from place to place, and if they have to walk further than 10 feet to do their jobs, they *won't.* They're also incredibly inconsistent at answering their telephones. I've been physically in their building while they let it ring, and ring, and ring, and ring; not to mention, I've had to suffer like that on the caller end, too. I've never successfully had them answer. This facility is an absolute waste of taxpayer money.

They're friendly at this store, I've never had an issue shipping or picking up stamps. Can be very busy around the holidays, but that's quite expected. Our long-time route carrier out of this location is also great!

I had a package marked as delivered. Went to my mailbox an hour later and there was nothing in my mailbox. I filed multiple complaints and all I got was a email saying sorry for your frustration this was marked delivered. I live in an apartment and have also gotten other peoples packages and mail in my mailbox. The mail carrier does not care about their job.

The second time in a month that this USPS has delivered our package to the wrong location and also gave us someone else’s mail. Don’t be a delivery driver if you don’t know how to read an address.

Tried to drop off packaged but the drop box is locked? I’ve never experienced that before so I’m not sure if this is normal..I remember having a PO Box last year at this location and they decided to stop all mail to anyone else to my home. They constantly put my roommates mail in my P.O. Box, like their medication. We don’t have similar last names at all and it was a nightmare. State st location is just as bad, I’d recommend the location on Cole rd. They at least respect people like a normal human.

Our mail person never gets our mail in the right mail box. Up and down the street she puts the wrong mail in the wrong box. This has been going on since before I moved in. That was 2014. And it's only gotten worse.And packages are ruined when they get here. It's unbelievable.

The staff is definitely very slow and for sure rude. I have been trying to track my key to my mailbox paid for it last week on the 20th and the said no later than Friday it would be ready I go in today and the guy said to me it’s not here and I can’t do anything it should have been here. This is upsetting at I have mandatory OT and don’t want to make up hours on a weekend and he then states well idk why it’s not here come back next Monday. Ugh

Apparently do not deliver to townhomes. Left a note in my mailbox telling me they don’t deliver to apartments. They couldn’t give me a legitimate answer as to why when I told them it was not an apartment. I’m trying to find a way to set Amazon to not deliver via USPS, because I work the only hours they’re open and have to wait a week to pick up my stuff they could’ve just left at my door, which is right next to the parking lot and is even handicap accessible.

How hard could it be to deliver mail to an apartment complex? My neighbors have delivered the mail to my door 3 times in one week! Than just attempt to call the Post Office, forget about it they just hang up on you. My grand kids could deliver the mail better than them.

Parcel was scheduled to deliver last Monday. Husband stayed the whole day while I was at work since it requires a signature. That day, I am expecting 2 parcel. The other one does not need a signature. It was delivered to my mailbox. I got a notification on my phone that the parcel requiring signature was not delivered because no one was at home. My husband stayed the whole day as he was doing home projects. We have a ring app so we would know if someone is on our front door. So to cut the story short..whoever is your delivery guy, did not attempt to deliver the parcel and just put a note on our mailbox. Such a waste of time. Very disappointed. I don't have any problem with other parcel being delivered. But with this parcels that requires signature, they're kinda lazy with the effort of really going to the front door and ring the doorbell. I sent a complaint email to usps customer service, they wanted me to call them. I did yesterday at 4:06pm, nobody answered. I tried calling twice but it just kept on ringing. I work on weekdays, and for important deliveries, we provide time, and they wasted our time waiting last monday.UPDATE: called the office today. Guess what, they lost my package. They couldn't trace where my package is. Whoever is the delivery guy is, he is unbelievable ! I have no words to describe him. That package is so important to me. I would not made effort to write this if it does not matter this much. This is not the first time my package was not delivered but this particular package is different. You guys should re-evaluate your employees. They need trainings! or better yet, hire a new one.Another update: after series of phone call, they were able to locate my parcel and deliver it to me. Finally. Thanks to Irene whom I talked to on the phone, she never gave up looking for my parcel.
