Every month there’s an issue with my prescription. Despite trying to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt, I keep coming back simply because it’s closest to me. Well today was my last straw. I planned my entire work week around this and will be leaving town soon, so I called to confirm that I am actually able to pick up my medicine today as my doctor prescribed and explain I’ve had issues so I need to be sure I can get it today. They tell me absolutely I can, but it won’t be ready until 6:30pm. No problem. I go at that time for the to the person to tell me I couldn’t pick it up for another 5 days. Clearly a little upset, I explain that I called and was informed otherwise and after looking into it further she said it was a typo on their side and someone put in not to fill it for that later date but after looking into it she was able to correct it and they need an additional 30 minutes to get it filled. No problem. Mind you it’s over 100 degrees and I’m sitting in a melting tin can that is my car, but that’s neither here nor there. I’m just relieved my issue was supposedly resolved so I’m happily waiting the 30 minutes melting my butt of like a dumba$$. I go back to the drive thru just to be told they can’t fill my prescription! I explain the situation and that I called to confirm previously, plus I’ve been waiting 30 minutes expecting them to have been working on my prescription, and now they tell me I can’t get it? This pharmacy is constantly doing stuff like this. I’ve had similar situations with picking up my husbands medications from here and at one point he had his doctor approve he can pick it up early and his doctor called the pharmacy himself over reoccurring issues with this location just for one of the pharmacists to tell him they simply wouldn’t do it. Every month is a battle of the wits just to get the medicine you’re needing. Don’t bother coming to this location.

Always friendly. The drive-thru is so convenient. Sometimes they are out of my meds but I don’t think that’s their fault, rather a supplier issue.

A heartfelt thank you to Walter, a pharmacist at this location! I went in with serious allergies that the main brands (I tried them all) couldn’t fix. My allergies were so chronic they were actually altering my day to day activities and asking to speak to a pharmacist was my last resort before going to urgent care. Not only did Walter walk me through the combination of Walgreens products to buy as a remedy, but he patiently explained why and how each one worked and would help me. Within hours, I was so much better and my eye sweeping and congestion had been greatly reduced. After spending hundreds on name brands, the three items he sold me amounted to about $30! Grateful for the kindness I was shown at this location. Keep up the good work!

Pharmacy rarely has medication in stock. Then will take a week or more to fulfill your order. I'm at a two week mark of waiting for medication I need daily. Great service here!

Given the fact that they are incredibly short-staffed at this time as are most businesses like this, I think that their employees are amazing and doing an amazing job. The store is always very clean, every single employee I have interacted with which has been probably most of them is absolutely awesome and is always doing so much and so far above and beyond that it was my mind. I am very thankful that this particular Walgreens exists and that their employees are such total and complete rockstars. Jeff I'm looking at you right now I'm actually not looking at you but you are such an all-star! No offense anyone else there I just interact with Jeff the most.
If you're going to leave a review of a place that's understaffed don't give them less stars because you have to wait a bit longer.

I had switched to this pharmacy from Walmart. My doctor accidentally ordered the wrong test strips. My husband picked them up for and didn’t know they were the wrong kind. I called and spoke with Walter, the pharmacist. I explained I had not even opened the plastic bag they came in. He started his statement with “ well, this is my pet peeve, doctors and patients who don’t know what they want and order the wrong test strips. He asked what I used and I told him Verio strips. He said they are not the same. I said I know that, it’s why I am calling. He said I should call my doctor to see if they would pay for the strips because he wasn’t going to take them back. I had been a pharmacy tech and know unopened test strips can be returned. I let him know that I would be telling everyone I know where I work ( large agency) not to use that pharmacy and I would be charging to somewhere different. I am more upset about his rudeness with saying this my pet peeve and not stating any policy about returns. That let me know he was just being a jerk.

I periodically visit this Walgreens just after 8am before I start work at 825am. I work 2 minutes away, across the steet. If I'm stopping at Walgreens before work, I'm usually sick lol. Each time I go, I have to hunt down an employee. I give myself a good 15 minutes, and even though my shopping takes 5 minutes, I'm often nearly late for work due to the time it takes to find someone to help me. Today, I called for an employee, knocked on the office door, and finally abandoned my hand basket at the front. This is pretty bad - just don't waste your time and go to Walmart instead.
For additional context, I recently moved all of my prescriptions away from (all) Walgreens, too, due to horrible service.

Worst customer service The lady that works there should not be working there in the pharmacy. I saw her kick one person off front of me and she kicked me out too and I’m in so much pain. I need my medication right now she said no I have to get lunch first they give you your medication. This happened on 0/2/2024 at 1.30 pm, I switched pharmacy. I went back to Walmart Walmart, because that lady is not here about anybody but herself she should not be working. There

If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service…always understaffed and tell you information that is simply not true. Go elsewhere……

You get 1 star for late pharmacy hours and negative stars for customer service

The staff is generally very friendly. Unfortunately, like other stores, both the pharmacy and general store have been negatively affected by the pandemic with a challenge in retaining employees.

Woman employee today is smoking in front of the door… I thought this was a place where people get medicine, not to get their kids even more sick. Please improve policies for those that have asthma thank you. @Walgreens

Never had any issues here, but I’ve been wondering about the people living in the parking lot and how much the rent is.
