Garden Valley Motel is an old cabin-style motel in a beautiful scenic location. The staff is very friendly and attentive, allowing late check-ins and flexible checkout times. They are also helpful in situations like a car breakdown. The rooms are nice and have everything needed for a longer stay, including a fridge, microwave, cook top, and sink. The exterior is beautiful. However, the beds receive mixed reviews, with some finding them among the most comfortable ever and others finding them uncomfortable, causing back pain. The pillows are not fluffy and the TV is very small. Despite this, many guests recommend it and would definitely stay again.
The place was having bathroom issues when we went so I couldn't take a shower. Everything else was great! Owner is trying to fix it up and is doing a good job. She might need to watch her language on the professionalism side, though.

The Garden Valley Hotel is a cute little gem. The lady checking us in was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is older but it’s clean. I’ve stayed here several times and always felt safe. It’s a must stay.
