Terrible! We Had a hog cut and wrapped. Bacon is so overwhelming with salt can't even eat it, looks as if we got about 1 side of Bacon.
Links, Only thing you can taste on the links is smoke no other flavors,
Waste of $ and time probably could of done the processing better myself and save $400!

My Father John DUTHIE bought it , when ever we were down to two Sunday Breakfasts ……He was up to Genesee for our EVERY SUNDAY my youth. 60’s. I so loved remembering Sunday Breakfast. Will be ordering to bring me back to youth and my Breakfasts. 🤭😍

Been eating the sausage since I was a little kid. Still order it now because it's so delicious and have it shipped across the country to PA. Soooooo worth it!!!

I took my Moose to Genesee Meats, there were 4 quarters 316 lbs. I asked for lots of steaks and roasts. What I got back was about 90% hamburger, obviously that was easier. I will not use them again.

Both my grandparents live in Genesee and both of my parents graduated from Genesee. I have been loving this sausage since 1958. Only difference was that original had MSG as an ingredient. Still good but not as good as original recipe.

I lived in Lewiston in the late 70's and early 80's and fell in love with Genesee sausage. I have had it shipped to me several times over the years. Nothing like it anywhere else. It has the most delectable, pure, smokey, fatty, juicy, unctuous mouth feel and taste...umami on steroids.

Grew up on it. It's the best I have ever eaten. My dad will at times will fry up a package and that is all we will eat for our meal.

I made it a point to stop in and pickup some of their famous smoked sausage. I bought 3 packs and flew it back to Minneapolis for a work party. Now I'm trying to figure out getting more. If anyone is traveling pick me up a couple packs.
